ROMA CENTER

Pros: Location was superb! Right in the centre of the city & close to the coliseum & all the other tourist attractions There was plenty of space! Beds were comfy & there was plenty of chairs for all the people staying. Place was very clean & facilities were top notch. Showers & bidets were great. Host was lovely & so was his wee dog Pluto 🐶

Cons: There isn't a living room so we had to hang out in the largest bedroom (only inconvenient because we had the full apartment rented out)

Fantastic location, clean, accommodating, and a helpful host

Pros: The apartment is really big and the bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. Four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom. It feels like your grandma’s house but in a nice way, the decor and furniture is quite homely, and actually the owner explained that the apartment has been in his family for multiple generations! I actually don’t think the photos do it justice, it felt cool in a vintage way. The location is amazing, historic centre (Colosseum, Forum etc) 15 min walk, Termini station 10min walk. Great for a group. The owner was really accommodating as we were all arriving at different times and he was happy to do check in with those who arrived first which made things easier than waiting for me to arrive as we came into Rome later. He was also responsive on messages.

Cons: As mentioned by others, there is no living room so we took chairs to the hallway which wasn’t the most chilled area but it was fine. We knew what to expect! The kitchen felt like it needed a good clean and organising, we were washing things up before using them but this is down to the previous occupants not the owner. The towels and particularly bath mats feel dated and scruffy, they’ve had their lifetime and a refresh of these would make it a bit nicer. The plastic back bath mats all felt a bit past their best, to be polite. These are tiny things really for what is overall a really great place to stay in Rome.

Absolutely fantastic!

Pros: The apartment was very spacious for the 9 of us. Lovely and cool, lovely sized bedrooms and nice to have bathrooms within the bedrooms.

Cons: We liked the apartment, but one of the beds was very noisy plus one of the showers wasn’t overly hot so between three of us we had to use another shower from another bedroom.

Pros: This unit was amazing how. Enough beds for 15 people. 6 bedrooms 5 bathrooms. Amazing location close to everything and taxi 5 minute walk up road. Heaps of cafes close in street. All very good.

Very spacious. Great host. Loved the amount of rooms and bathrooms available. We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The apartment has a great location close to astoria train station with many nearby eateries, bars, etc. It's very spacious and was perfect for my family. The host even left us a little welcome gift which was a nice touch.

Pros: Perfect for our large family of 12. Bedrooms were large and roomy. Everything was in working order loved that we were close to all the sites and restaurants were conveniently located downstairs, No need for a car staying in this apartment. The owner was very attentive with communication

Pros: Took a group of 7 to go watch the rugby, great location and great value

Cons: No lounge area and tvs not tuned or modern enough to do chrome cast or similar.

Pros: Superb location, spacious accommodation, great stay and good interaction with host.
