A quiet and good location with a very helpful owner.

Pros: A very quiet place near the station and many busstops. The private courtyard with a roof over half of it is perfect if you are a smoker. Also the owner is extremely helpful if you have any questions about the apartment, traveltimes, etc.

Cozy apartment in a perfect location, wonderful host

Pros: Very friendly and helpful host. Excellent location, close to the train station, close to the amazing church Santa Maria Maggiore, we walked everywhere, but you can also take metro. The place is cozy, has everything you need, including a small, private terrace. For us, it was perfect.

Un angolo di paradiso nel cuore di Roma!

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida struttura nel rione Monti e non potevamo chiedere di meglio! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: attaccata a Santa Maria Maggiore, a pochi passi dal Colosseo, dai Fori Imperiali e dalla metro, immersa in un’atmosfera autentica e vivace romana, con ristorantini, negozi e locali dietro ogni angolo. La struttura è curatissima, pulita e arredata con grande gusto, sicuramente molto particolare, perfetta per il contesto. Un ringraziamento speciale alla sig.ra Paola, sempre disponibile. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa e ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal primo all’ultimo giorno. Torneremo sicuramente, consiglieremo la struttura ai nostri amici e la consigliamo anche a chiunque voglia vivere Roma in modo autentico e confortevole in una location top. Voto da 11 !!!!

N'hésitez pas !

Pros: Le logement est parfaitement bien situé. Proche de la gare et du centre ville, tout peut se faire à pied ! C'est certes un petit appartement mais il est très fonctionnel et nous avons passé une semaine à quatre (famille) confortablement. Et surtout le grand plus c'est la terrasse personnelle intérieure, joliment fleurie, couverte : c'est tellement appréciable en ville ! A deux pas de Santa Maria Maggiore, tous les commerces à proximité, et pourtant très calme : vous serez à l'abri du bruit de la ville pour vous reposer. De plus l'hôte est très sympathique et réactive.
