Family stay in Rome - May 2025

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome this May. The location is truly unbeatable — everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, from the Colosseum to the Trevi Fountain and charming local cafés. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: clean and well-equipped kitchen, cozy beds, reliable Wi-Fi, and a peaceful atmosphere after long days of sightseeing. For the price, this place offers great value — especially considering how central it is. We would absolutely recommend it to families or anyone looking to experience Rome on foot without compromising comfort.

Cons: Just a small note: we noticed a few ants in the bathroom during our stay. It wasn’t a major issue, but future guests might appreciate if this is addressed.

Pros: The apartment was wonderful, the staff was very nice and very accommodating, we could turn to him for any questions, be it recommendations or other organizational matters. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of most attractions. The apartment is also spacious and clean.

Perfect location, perfect owner

Pros: The location is fantastic, a stone away from most attractions at Central. Davide is really a great guy. He communicated in time before and during our stay. He tried all his best to provide the best service, including driving over to meet us later than the normal check-in time, giving us genuine advice, as well as helping us dial up his friends when knowing we struggled to find a daily tour to Vatican. Davide is a very honest person, definitely worth your trust. Definitely 10 over 10!

Great location. Very nice apartment

Pros: The apartment is within walking distance to interesting tourist spots. It has the necessary amenities like shower and bath, aircon, ref, cable TV, internet, kitchen utensils , accommodates 4 adults comfortably, the host is very helpful. Nearby restaurants, fast food and convenience store, within shopping district

Cons: Need to use personal Netflix, prime or Disney accounts, internet is erratic ,

Location location location!!!

Pros: Location location location! Absolutely loved where the apartment is located, close to pretty much everything. The apartment was cozy and there is enough space to accommodate the four of us. We slept very well and were not disturbed by any external noise either. The host was great and even accommodated us by letting us check in earlier to drop our luggage off right after our early flight in.

Cons: The drainage of the bathroom sink and toilet were tough and slow but I suppose that given it's such an old building, even though the apartment is well maintained, that probably explains why the pipe system isn't 100% functional. It didn't bother us too much though, we just had to be more patient.

Pros: Very friendly host! The location is exceptional, very close to many tourist attractions. There are also platy of restaurants nearby.

Great location and lovely facility

Pros: The location was amazing , the apartment is so easy to access with a lift, and even the stairs were comfortable and easy to use by elderly , Davide was so pleasant and great to deal with . The apartment had enough toilet paper , shampoo, it had, tea , coffee, salt , sugar ..etc , all in all it was a good choice, the bedroom bed was super comfy and the sofa same as all sofa beds was fine😊

Cons: Only one air conditioning unit was available in the bedroom, so for the apartment temperature to feel good in hot weather we had to keep it on at a very low temperature and almost all the time making the bedroom feel like a freezer, I wish it had at least afan so we can use it in the living room and give the AC a break.

Pros: First of all, I would like to sincerely thank our kind host, Mr. David, for all his support. On the day we arrived, he immediately gave us the apartment, which was very helpful. On the day of our flight, he kindly allowed us to stay until the time we wanted. The apartment was very clean . The only small issues were that the bathroom didn’t have glass at its door pkace, so a little water came out, and sometimes the neigubers were noisy and the elevator noise were a bit disturbing. Other than that, everything was great.”

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta, el alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario y el propietario es muy amable

Cons: El baño es muy pequeño, falta mantenimiento (reparación de pequeños desperfectos)y los cubrecamas oscuros dan la impresión de estar sucios ( que no lo están) ganaría mucho con unos claros como aparece en las fotos.
