Nice for the balcony, superb view

Pros: Balcony (why I booked this flat), location, quick assistance from the owner

Cons: The intercall ringing every morning around 7am (and nothing to do about it), annoying when you are on vacation. Could be noisy if you sleep on the sofa bed.

Great little apartment with bonus balcony in high end part of Rome

Pros: Great location. A lift that was able to take us with luggage to the 4th floor a winner. The balcony in the evening with a bottle of wine was the perfect end to the day. Good bathroom with great light and mirrors. Comfortable bed. Good communication from host. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: The kitchen is very small so one person at a time. The fridge is excellent but there is no freezer. The apartment is small so there is not a lot of room to live out of a suitcase, but we managed.

Comfy, well equipped apartment in great central Rome location

Pros: Great apartment in a fantastic location in Rome, easy to get to from the metro (Spagna - flat walk). Kitchen was well-equipped with appliances, including coffee machine. On the 4th floor (property has a lift), with fantastic balcony for enjoying the sunshine over breakfast or an afternoon aperitif. Sofa bed was comfortable, nice modern bathroom, beautifully cool A/C (we were in Rome during a heatwave). Suited our needs (my 2 teenage daughters and I) perfectly. Plenty of cupboard space to unpack. Nice Roman restaurant downstairs, and surrounded by great shopping and eating! Quite easy to walk to many sites - e.g. Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Villa Medici, even the Colosseum if you want a slightly longer walk.

Cons: Slightly small with the sofa bed extended, but still suited us well.

Comfortable stay in an exclusive location

Pros: The location is superb, we could walk everywhere and there were two metro stations nearby. The owner provided coffee and tea. I wished I had more time to enjoy the lovely balcony

Cons: Felt a bit cold in the living room but there is a small heater if needed. Otherwise the apartment was cosy.

Pros: Leonello estaba esperando a nuestra llegada y nos lo explicó todo muy bien. Las fotos del apartamento son tal cual se muestran. Nos puso una cuna para la niña en la habitación. Está muy bien ubicado y aunque es un 4o piso hay ascensor en el edificio. La terracita le da un toque extra, lástima de haber ido en diciembre y no prestaba usarla.

Cons: La cocina es un poco pequeña aunque está bastante bien equipada no hay horno ni lavavajillas. Recomendación: colgar el microondas (donde está el cartel de CUSINE) así habría un poco más de ámbitos.

Çok beğendim

Pros: Tek kelimeyle harikaydı. Termini tren istasyonundan metro ile ulaşabilirsiniz. Konumu çok iyi. Tarihi noktalara yürüme mesafesinde. Leonello geleceğimiz saatte kapıda bekliyordu. Anahtarı verdi odayı gösterdi çok da ilgilendi. Ev temiz ve çok kullanışlıydı. Balkonu çok keyifli Kasım olduğu için az kullanabildik ama yazın harika olur. Tekrar gelirsem tekrar kalacağım yer olur.
