Pros: Everything was absolutely brilliant!!! Great location - just a 20 minute walk to Tiburtina train station, bus station and metro; also a 10 min walk to Bologna metro station. Very clean and comfortable apartment. It was extremely comfortable for our family of 5. The amenities and facilities were great. The kitchen had enough kitchenware to cook ourselves some meals.comfortable beds, adequate linen, sheets and towels. Most importantly- great host. Alex was superb - kept in touch with us on WhatsApp and enabled an easy check in and check out process…

Cons: Just a couple of minor points - there were no toiletries (soap, shampoo) in the bathroom. Booking.com said that the apartment had a toaster - which we did not find. And the elevator of the building was very small (but I guess that’s the case with most places in Europe).

Amazing value for money.

Pros: The neighbourhood and overall location, access to transportation, rooms' size. Bike friendly, but keep in mind that the apartment is on the 4th floor so you have to carry them up via the stairs.

Cons: Low toilet pressure and weak wifi.
