Nice apartment suitable for a few days visit

Pros: Well-equipped, spacious and clean apartment located near a metro station and Tiburtina train station.

Cons: One of the double beds was a bit cramped and felt too springy. Even though the metro was easily accessible, it still took time to reach the main attractions because of the distance.

Beautiful and cozy apartment for your Rome visit

Pros: We are a family of 5 and this was the place that advertised honestly. Usually, I get hits on properties that have one double bed and pull-out couch, but this one has two bedrooms with double beds, and one full bed in the living room. It has a bathroom with shower cabin and an extra toilette. Kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster... In the apartment, you will find everything you need, so you don't need to worry about details like enough towels, toilette paper, shampoo, etc.. The owner greeted us much earlier than 2pm and let us in allowing us to use the day. The apartment is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with 5 minute walk to the Bologna metro station. You have a super market at the next corner and few larger stores and coffee places around Bologna piazza. It has been recently redecorated and looks and smells like new. We really liked the place.

Cons: The only negative thing I can think about is its location. It is not in the downtown where the attractions are, so you need to use the metro making it a bit difficult to stop by during your day as you are discovering the city.

Pros: L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco, è pulito e si trova a 100 m dalla stazione della metro. Da ritornarci sicuramente!!!

Pros: Titolare cordiale e molto disponibile. Ci ha accolto e consigliato due trattorie dei dintorni che erano davvero buone. Una volta lasciato l'appartamento abbiamo dimenticato un caricabatterie che ci è stato subito spedito via corriere.

Cons: Nulla, solo l'accensione dei termosifoni potrebbe essere più prolungata.

Pros: La posizione è perfetta e vicino a tutto. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e molto carino. Offre tutte le comodità descritte.

Cons: Il letti purtroppo sono piccoli e non molto comodi. Il secondo bagno è molto piccolo e privo di bidet e doccia.

Pros: Apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony, posiadał wszystko co niezbędne. Dużym plusem był salon z drzwiami przez co były tak naprawdę 3 osobne pokoje. Właściciel bardzo miły i kontaktowy, umożliwił wcześniejsze zameldowanie i zostawił dla nas ciasto. Lokalizacja apartamentu również była super, ponieważ do metra było ok 7min piechotą, a do dworca głównego były tylko 3 przystanki metrem.
