Pros: This is a great apartment in a good location with lots of restaurants in the area. The apartment is comfortable, we loved the small back yard and the air conditioning units in the apartment are a nice touch. Thank you!

Pros: Great location, and also great apartment - it has everything you need and even more! Family if 4 - no issues at all with the apartment.

Cons: One of the bathrooms is big, but the shower area is quite small if you are a big man. I'm 2 meter and 120 kg and it was quite an experience. Also upstairs neighbors were very loud and noisy. Very.

A wonderful and comfortable stay in a quiet, family-friendly area with great access to the city.

Pros: We really enjoyed our entire stay here. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and the yard was cozy and much appreciated by our daughters. The area was quiet and full of shops, yet still conveniently close to the metro and the bus that took us to the city center. The apartment also featured a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and access to a laundry room downstairs. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially valued the blackout shades that made the rooms perfectly dark for the kids.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that we didn't stay more.

Pros: Location was great and close to the metro station with lots of good restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was very clean, spacious with all amenities required for the stay. The host, Sergio was gracious and helpful and we had a great holiday in Rome. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again and stay here.

A pleasant stay

Pros: The host was very helpful and friendly, even accepted a late check-in and although the flight was delayed, he was there to give all useful information and welcome us. The apartment is very nice, spacious, renovated and decorated with taste.

Cons: The apartment was quite dusty and not properly cleaned. Sheets and towels were worn out, a renewal should be considered. The main shower was dripping. The lady at checkout was a bit rude.

Pros: Large apartment with many facilities, including two bathrooms and a garden. Location is perfect - outside of the busy city center, and close to the metro and train station. Good contact with host. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Cons: Some little things (e.g. shower of one bathroom could be better, limescale on doors, etc), but nothing significant.
