Pros: Spacious apartment, fully equipped to the last detail, excellent location close to public transportation and everything you need (restaurants, supermarket). Anna is great and takes care of anything you need. Highly recommended.

Pros: The location is great very close to metro.owner is very friendly.she also supplied a great variety of additional items eg coffee milk etc.the 2 bedrooms are very spacious.its a well maintained apt

Cons: Generally speaking its a very good apt.some minor issues only eg the heating was only open a couple of hours per day, the air cons didnt do much (we went december and it was freezing cold).i cleaned the 2 air cons filters myself and things improved a lot (they hadnt been cleaned for a very long time).some days there was gas smell in the kitchen although we didnt cook.in other countries when we rent for 4-5+ days usually owners provide one cleaning service (here none).theres no living room(this you can tell before hand from the pics too)

Pros: Nice neighborhood. Close to Metro. Quiet. Clean. Anna, the owner bent over backwards to make me feel welcome and responded quickly when I had a small problem.

This is the best place in Rome.

Pros: The apartment is incredibly well located, out of the mad rush but close to the metro. There are supermarkets close by. Anna, the host, is exceptional, anticipating your every need and providing lots of gifts to welcome you. I highly recommend it for a longer stay in Rome amongst real Italians.

Cons: There is absolutely nothing to complain about. It is also very safe and secure.

Pros: The accomodation was really beautiful and the hosts some of the best i have EVER experienced. The accomodation is so close to a metro station and the centre of Rome - Colloseum etc but is a more tranquil area. I loved every single thing about my stay! The hosts were just incredibly warm and accomodating - they helped me with everything. 1000% would stay again.

Pros: First and most of all, the hospitality was more than exceptional. We found the appartment clean and decorated, welcoming us in warmth for our stay there. We found provisions in the kitchen, in the fridge and in the kitchen. This made us feel like home. We were so surprised. They were available for any help we needed, especially upon our arrival after a long exhausting journey. We felt so comfortable and relieved. It is an appartment located in a neighborhood equipped with shops, cafeterias and especially near the metro that really served us. It is ideal for families. The cleaning of the appartment was remarkable I will sure book this appartment if I return to Rome.

Pros: The flat is large and has all conveniences. The host prepared the complimentary food in the fridge and wine. And was welcome to us.

Cons: Just a slight recommendation as the floors are cold, to prepare slippers for guests

This was an incredible stay in Rome, with every amenity thought of and a very gracious host.

Pros: Anna was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and made sure we were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were very comfortable.

Cons: I have no bad things to say about this property.
