Pros: Very nice, large apartment. Standard equipment with nothing missing. Excellent location for those who like places well connected to the centre, but away from the tourist zone. Nice, quiet neighbourhood.
Cons: The first of the conditions of the offer I purchased on booking.com was a free transfer from and to the airport. The host refused the service at first, pretending that it was not him who had put the transfer in the offer. He arranged the service only after Booking.com intervened. After my trip ended, I received an email from the host suggesting how I should rate my stay... Additionally, I always dispose of the trash upon check-out, as I did this time. However, if the price of the stay includes a separate cleaning fee, then asking the guest to throw away the trash is impolite. In conclusion, the host needs to revise his attitude towards guests.

Sehr gut!
Pros: Gute Anbindung an Metro, Bologna und Tiburtina jeweils paar hundert Meter und von da aus war man schnell in Rom unterwegs.Saubere Wohnung, alles was man braucht war vorhanden.
Cons: Es gab leider keine richtigen Decken und Nachts war es doch etwas kühl unter einer dünnen tagesdecke.

Tökéletes egy családnak római látogatás alkalmára!
Pros: A szállás kiváló volt, tágas terek, minden a rendelkezésünkre állt. A tulajdonos nagyon kedves és segítőkész, amikor kérdésem volt azonnal válaszolt. Csak ajánlani tudom.
Cons: Nem volt ilyen!

Ottimo alloggio
Pros: Alloggio carino e funzionale abbiamo alloggiato in 5 adulti. Ottima pulizia, fornito di tutto , aggiungerei solo una macchinetta x il caffè. Posizione strategica con metro a 400 m e fermata bus x piazza Venezia davanti casa. Ci torneremo

Vacanza veloce a Roma
Pros: Ottimo appartamento in zona servita da tutti I servizi (negozi e trasporti). L'host, sig. Antonio, gentilissimo e premuroso. Grazie nuovamente
Cons: Tutto benissimo. Un piccolo appunto che dev'essere preso come una possibile miglioria: Tappetino nel bagno con doccia, onde evitare di lasciare bagnato a terra e asciugamano grande uso doccia. Per il resto tutto molto bene.

Esperienza super positiva
Pros: Posizione perfetta, ricca di servizi e con numerose attivita commerciali (supermercati, panetterie, farmacie, alimentari, ristoranti, trattorie, bar...). Appartamento con metro e bus a ridosso e molto accogliente all'interno, rispettoso della descrizione e con proprietario puntuale nelle informazioni e nella comunicazione. Mancava la carta igienica (cose che capitano...) all'arrivo (segnalato subito) e il proprietario si è prontamente attivato (abbiamo concordato che l'avremmo acquistata noi sotto casa per fare presto e lui si è debitamente scusato, defalcando una quota parte della tassa di soggiorno)... quindi ottima gestione nella risoluzione di un problema che può capitare!
