Stunning and Spacious Apartment with a Great Location.

Pros: Upon arrival we were immediately blown away with how gorgeous the apartment was and it was much more spacious than I anticipated. My family of 5 had more than enough room and closet space which was great for our stay. The hosts left a bottle of wine for us to make us feel welcome, which was quite a lovely touch. The location was great, with everything you need from pharmacy, groceries, souvenirs, all within 30 seconds from the apartment, and there is a larger grocer within a 3 minute radius. The apartment is also around 10-20 minute walk from most monuments in Roma. For a great Italian dining experience and for beautiful food that tastes like Nonna’s, you must make the time to eat at Gallo Matto, which is not far.

Cons: There are no laundry facilities, which was expected, but I feel our stay (which was for 5 days) could have been more efficient being able to do our laundry in the apartment. In saying that, there are 2 laundromats within 2 min walk from apartment so it was an easy fix.

Nice place, responsive host

Pros: The location is superb, the rooms have high ceilings, and the kitchen is conveniently located. Unitility slightly dated and we experienced a few power cuts, but the host responded very quickly so all was sorted. Please note that the lift is currently under maintenance.

Pros: wide, spacious and in an excellent location. suitable for a family

Pros: Very spacious and close to everything. Quick walk to everything and beautiful views out the balcony. Apartment was very clean too

Nice roman apartment for families

Pros: Cosy spacious apartment near the historical centre of Rome. Very good location either if you wish to walk to the sightseeings or if you wish to use the subway. It was perfect for a group of eight. Kids enjoyed the huge screen watching Netflix or Disney chanel. Bedrooms are more private, situated at the two sides of the apartment. Kitchen fully equipped. Espresso shots are on the house! Would visit again!

Cons: Via Cavour is noisy. A toaster would be quite useful. Windows need some repairs.

Pros: Huge space, larger than appears from photos. Owner very responsive, helpful and friendly. Excellent location in between colosseum and central train station. Subway nearby too. Appt is in quiet and clean residential building. Beds are good, kitchen fine, great seating area.

Cons: Bit pricey i.m.o. but generally worth it.

Pros: Ogroman smestaj, veci nego na slikama. Cisto i uredno. Lokacija odlicna, blizu Terminija i svih bitnih lokacija u gradu.

Cons: Jedini problem je buka nocu.
