Excellent!

Pros: Excellent location, close to bus stops and within walking distance of many attractions. The apartment fully met our expectations and was exactly as described and shown in the photos. I would definitely recommend it!

Very nice accommodation in a perfect location. Everything was clean — we’d definitely recommend it!

Pros: The location was just what we needed. We arrived late in the evening, so it was very convenient to have accommodation close to Termini. It was also perfect for catching our early flight home. The location was good in general — close to many important places. Since Rome is such a large city and the main sights are spread out, no single area can be close to everything, but this one worked really well for us. The main bed was large and comfortable. The extra bed for the third person was a bit less comfortable compared to the main one, but still quite good. However, it might not be suitable for someone taller than about 175 cm. The property was very clean and well maintained.

Cons: The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but still perfectly fine for taking a proper shower. The sliding shower doors were sometimes a little tricky to use. The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator — not a problem for us, but something to keep in mind when booking.

Good Stay, but the Bathroom Needs Attention

Pros: The air conditioning, location, and comfortable beds were definitely a plus.

Cons: The bathroom was a downside. The shower door was broken, and the lighting in the bathroom was very poor — it was really dark. There was mold on the ceiling and in the shower, and the floor looked dirty.

Pros: Lovely and very clean apartment, central location. The owners are very kind. We had a great time in the apartment and in Rome.

Very good location and worth the price

Pros: Clean and spacious apartment. Very convenient location and all the attractions (Except for Vatican City) can be reached on foot within 20-30 minutes. There are nice cafes and restaurants around for late dinner or early breakfast. The check in was easy and the hosts were friendly, the communication was easy

Cons: I was missing a proper blanket for sleep but maybe Italians have different blanket traditions :)

Pros: The contact with the host was excellent. The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring Rome. We walked everywhere. Highly recommend!

Pros: Good location, saved money and time to tavel. Closed to a good friendly cafe and resturants. The apartment is clean, beds are comfortable.

Enjoyable stay in Rome.

Pros: White Flat Colosseo is in an excellent location. Five minutes walk to the train station which has an excellent shopping centre. Hop on hop off bus stop beside flat. Some mini markets close by for essentials and plenty of places to eat. Within walking distance of Collseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. All within twenty minutes. Flat was clean, bright, spacious and tidy with all essentials. Plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. Bed was comfortable. Good WiFi. Extra pillows and blankets provided. Federico who rents the property was prompt to reply to any queries we had. No problems accessing the property. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Rome.

Cons: This is not a criticism of the flat but something to be aware of if you have issues with mobility. The flat is on the third floor so quite a few steps to climb and no elavator.

Pros: La casa es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Todo estaba super limpio y tiene productos basicos de aseo y cocina. Está muy bien ubicado, y la calidad precio es inmejorable. El trato increíble. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Great location, very reasonably priced

Pros: Very good location - close to the station for getting to and from airport. Within walking distance of many of the major sites and easy metro link to more distant sites. Also very reasonably priced for such a central city location.

Cons: On the third floor so stairs could be a struggle for those with heavy bags (however, our kind host carried ours up). Had some issues with the kettle and iron but now rectified.
