Excelente apartamento y trato con ubicación inmejorable

Pros: Beautiful apartment, very clean and with all the amenities. The bed is especially comfortable, which is important when traveling. The host was very kind and courteous, allowing me to leave my backpack at a facility near the hotel on the last day, which made it easy for me to keep exploring the city comfortably. The area is excellent, close to everything—I walked everywhere. It is very safe both day and night, and the apartment is well-insulated, so there is no noise. Thank you very much! I highly recommend it.

Pros: Posizione comoda a due passi da stazione termini e vicinissimo a Santa Maria maggiore! Appartamento piccolo..semplice e pulito! Secondo me per chi soggiorna pochi giorni va bene! Io da solo mi sono trovato bene!

Cons: Sicuramente potrebbero cambiare i sanitari, la porta della doccia che è rotta, e aumentare la pressione dell’acqua del bidet! E magari almeno lasciare carta igienica per chi viene!

Pros: In posizione ottima sia per gli spostamenti che per la bellezza del quartiere. L’appartamento è molto tranquillo in posizione silenziosa. Il gestore è stato estremamente di aiuto e gentile sia prima dell’arrivo che durante il soggiorno.

Great location, average or below facilities

Pros: Amazing location, it’s right in front of Santa Maria Maggiore. Although it is a short walking distance from Roma Termini however, the area is very decent and safe, a typical Roman building. All main attractions are walking distance and the area itself is very nice to walk around and discover. Digital check-in: the host will reach out for your details and provide you with the code. Which is the case almost everywhere in Italy. The 9 rating is definitely for the location and the building, the bed was ok, but that’s all about the place. Many thanks, Narineh & David

Cons: The room itself is clean with white sheets, but as the previous reviews mention, there is no effort made to make it comfortable for guests. The shower is terrible; the door won’t close, so you’ll have a flooded bathroom after every shower. It is actually a small box, and you’ll never guess where the water will come from— a rocket science. Also, no cover on the bed, which was weird. We found a duvet on the side chair; however, there was no cover on it. I wasn’t so sure about it, but it was better than freezing the night. On a side note, I don’t think travellers would appreciate leftover half-empty oil bottles, ketchup, mustard, or salt. Just remove it from the kitchenette; it’s neither safe nor hygienic. The host should definitely put some effort to make this place a pleasant one with only minor adjustments and care. The place itself has huge potential.

Pros: Logement très bien placé dans le magnifique quartier de Monti! Confortable avec les équipements de base, les hôtes sont très réactifs et les explications très claires ! (Contact via Whatsapp) Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour de 3 nuits, appartement fonctionnel et confortables, merci!

Pros: המיקום מצויין וקרוב להכל גם לתחנת הרכבת המרכזית זה חשוב . הדירה ממש כפי שהיא נראת בתמונות. הכל היה נקי ומזמין. יש טלוויזיה . מים חמים . WiFi . מגבות . ואפילו דאגו לשמפו וסבון למקלחת - לא מובן מאליו.

Pros: Muy buen alojamiento, cerca a la terminal, fácil de llegar, todo bien y amplia la habitación con su cocineta completa, recomendado

Cons: Es un poco confuso el check in pero luego de casi media hora intentando le descubrí el poder ingresar, muy amable el anfitrión.

Pros: Чистота, месторасположение, невероятный дворик, красивый вид, есть все необходимое!

Cons: Не очень хорошо работает плита. Замок на двери разряжается, что иногда затрудняет вход в квартиру. Хозяин не всегда открывает парадную дверь через домофон. Утром ушла за кофе, в итоге час не могла попасть обратно домой, потому что хозяин спал и не открывал, пришлось гулять
