Pros: We arrived at the hotel at 10:00 PM and were warmly welcomed. Keep in mind that this mini-hotel has three rooms but one bathroom. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location is very close to the train station, which is very convenient. The area is gated, so we felt safe. Special thanks to Jamil – he greeted us personally, explained everything, and was very accommodating. The manager is very customer-oriented and truly cares about his guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend this place.

Pros: Owner was lovely he upgraded me to a double room for no extra charge. The bed was comfortable and facilities were clean. Compared to other prices in Rome this did the job for me for the night.

Cons: It is a little walk from the main area of Rome however I found the best food to be around here and better priced more local experience.

Everything was perfect!

Pros: We stayed at this property with our family for a weekend and were delighted. The owner of the apartment met us late in the evening (we missed our flight and therefore took longer than planned). He left us fruit and candy, which was very nice. This apartment has everything you might need for a family vacation. Small kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine. Two rooms and large beds. A cozy and quiet courtyard with flowers. The location is just great. Everything is within walking distance. Thank you for a pleasant two days. We will definitely come back!
