Fantastic holiday in a superb apartment that is near to lots of restaurants and local attractions.

Pros: Great location, good facilities, lovely decor, good sized accommodation.

Cons: As previous people said the hot water for the shower runs out. First person is fine but the second person gets half way through the shower and then the temperature decreases significantly. Good job there was only 2 of us and not the 4 the apartment can accommodate.

Amazing

Pros: Location is amazing. 2 mins to Colosseum. Facilities great, decor fantastic. Beds comfortable. Washing machine and dryer major advantage for a family.

Cons: Stairs to apartment are steep and narrow, so a little tricky with luggage.

Fantastic, so very happy with everything.

Pros: It was so clean and the perfect set up for my husband and I travelling with our 23 year old daughter. She was able to have space to herself while we occupied the bedroom/living space. Location was great, couldn’t believe the first day walking to the end of our street and there was the Colosseum. The only thing was being an old building we had to take luggage up two flights of stairs, having said that you only have to do that once (much easier going down) and in an old city like Rome this is common. Communication from Elizabeth was great and we have vowed to come back. Oh and the cold air conditioning very pleasant after days out touring in the heat.

Cons: Nothing it was great

Pros: Stuggled a bit with the steep stairs but other than that this the accomodation was amazing and in a geat location. Very clean and modern. Plenty of restaurants around. Just 5mins from the Colosseum. Highly recommend this.

Lovely apartment perfect to explore Rome.

Pros: Fantastic apartment in fantastic location- we walked to all of the main attractions and a 15-20 min walk from train station. The apartment was in a side street so not too noisy and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was well equipped and we liked the blue, gold and green decor. Easy communication with hosts who were happy to allow slightly earlier access.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like. The stairs to the second floor apartment were steep and might be difficult for some.

Amazing apartment in a great location

Pros: The apartment was very clean, well equipped with everything that you need including a washing machine and a dryer. The location was amazing, central to everything including the Coliseum, restaurants and bars.

Cons: There was nothing that we did not like

The host was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in,

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this home in Rome! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The place was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was very friendly and helpful, making sure my stay was smooth from start to finish. I stayed for three nights and truly enjoyed every moment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Looking forward to coming back!

Cons: everything was perfect

We had a good stay for four nights. Great restaurants close by and the ruins on one’s doorstep.

Pros: The location and amenities. Well set up and it has everything you need. Comfortable, accessible, updated and modern. Well done!

Cons: The kitchen could have had a roll-out chopping board/table that can be rolled to one side when not needed (as a suggestion), as there is no place to prep or put the appliances with one plug outlet only. Gets a bit cluttered.
