Excellent central studio room

Pros: Excellent location - quiet street. Comfortable bed. Perfect for a short trip to explore Rome. Water in fridge on arrival.

Cons: Noisy air conditioning. You’ll need to contact owner for internet access - no phone signal in room as very old building. Very fast once connected.

Lovely studio apartment

Pros: The property is ideally located, so close to the Colosseum and 15 minutes away from the main tourist sites. We didn’t use the metro station but there’s one 100m away, ideal if you don’t want to walk. The streets is very quiet and wet lit so safe for solo travellers. The bed was very confortable and all the necessities where there (hair dryer, iron, all kitchen utensils as well as towels and cleaning supplies). The set up is very cosy and the apartment is clean, including bathroom and fridge. Easy access and communication was perfect. I would have loved to be able to attach the shower head higher for my long hair but it’s 100% manageable! I would stay again, it’s definitely a lovely place to book as a solo or couple traveller. A fantastic stay in an unbeatable location next to the Colosseum and metro, with a clean, safe room.

Pros: Amazing location, right next to the Colosseum and metro station, but quiet enough in the evening to relax and sleep. The host was very friendly, checked in the night before we arrived via WhatsApp to confirm arrival time and go over entry to the room + also collected tax etc. The room was big enough for us, very clean, and we felt safe. We couldn't have had a better location, lots in walking distance and great transportation too. Great to have a fridge and microwave, not sure why there were pans in the cupboard when there was no way to use them haha.

Cons: Although the air conditioning worked well, it rattled like hell! We had to wedge some things next to it to try and stop the rattle; you could tell previous users had done the same. Once we had that sorted, so it didn't rattle, it was fine. Although it would have been nice if the curtains didn't cover it, allowing them to be closed while the air con was blowing in the room. This is only an issue when staying in very hot months, though. I'm sure in winter it would be fine. The bed was also a bit uncomfortable, but that's probably due to it being memory foam. Oh, and being picky, please install a shower head holder up high so you can wash hair without holding the shower head. These are very small issues for an overall great stay!

Unbeatable location in historic building close to everything.

Pros: The location and nice ambience of the Colosseo Design apartment made this stay fabulous. The Coliseum is at the end of the street! It was walkable to much of Rome and the amenities were great.

Pros: Great location, apartment very clean, bed super comfortable, good communication with the host always quick to reply when I contacted them before the visit.

Cons: The only let down was poor WiFi signal, the host gave us the code( which was very long) but it didn't work for us unfortunately 😢

Pros: The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent for exploring Rome on foot. The host was accommodating and accommodated the request for an earlier check-in. Overall the stay was excellent and nothing to complain about. If we return to Rome I will definitely stay again.

Close to the Colosseo and a great stay in Rome!

Pros: Very well located and comfortable apartment. The bathroom is great, as well as the bed and the kitchenette. It is 2 minutes walk until the Colosseum, and close to all other attractions. The best place to stay in Rome!
