It was a pleasant stay. Host communicated with us actively.

Pros: The property was more than enough for 2 people. My friend and I were in Rome for 5 days each with 20KG baggage and we did not have any issues with space whatsoever. The kitchen had all the facilities you may want: cups, plates, cutlery, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. The property didn’t have a balcony but it had two windows and it lit up the room quite well. The bathroom was on the smaller side, though we fit well. It was a very pleasant stay.

Cons: If you cannot lift up your baggage on steep stairs, this property may not be for you. The stairs were VERY steep and very narrow at the end, and it is on the second floor. The property does not have an elevator. But I believe this is pretty common in Italy, but we struggled heavily with lifting our baggage back and forth. There is a well-known problem of hot water availability in Rome, but we only had the issue with hot water just once when it got cold after 2 showers in one go.

Pros: We had a marvelous stay in the heart of Rome, just 5 minutes from the Colosseum. The location was mostly quiet, with only occasional sounds from nearby bars, but closing the windows solved that completely. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The AC worked perfectly, and our host was very friendly. Overall, great value for money.

Pros: Location is fantastic and the room is very cosy. All you need for a stay at rome Its a nice studio appartement.

Cons: There is nothing i can think of that i dont like. Maybe not really a suitable shower if you are a large person. 😅

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff via messaging, and the accommodation is in a perfect location, in an old Italian building but with quirky modern interiors.

Amazing apartment right beside the Colosseum and close to lots of lovely restaurants.

Pros: The room was lovely. Spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. Location was excellent. Communication with letting agent was excellent!

Cons: The stairs!!!! The apartment is on the third level at the top of steep stairs and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Beautiful but add some wifi pls!

Pros: Loved the location and the decor. Felt beautiful stepping in and plenty of privacy. Good set-up with kitchen. Liked there were some free coffee pods. I had a very pleasant stay overall. Good facilities and beautiful inside.

Cons: Check-in was slightly delayed by 15 min but this is partially my fault as we got there an hour later than we said. I had to call via roaming a few times back and forth to the person to let us in remotely. Elizabeth was very friendly and nice on the phone. Lack of wifi was a problem as there was poor mobile data reception unless I sat right next to the window. I think that due to high price of booking that this should be installed and provided free of charge. The toilet seat needs repairing as it slides both ways suddenly. Minor - Wish you could see TV from the bed and it was up very high to watch from the chairs.

We had a perfect stay my daughter! We really appreciated the location!

Pros: The location is great - we could walk to see the Colisee every day (less than 2 minutes walk) and see it at night was wonderful. The restaurant downstairs are very convenient as well as the luggage storage option just next door.

Pros: Sehr schönes kleines, sehr sauberes Apartment in grandioser Lage direkt am Colosseum und Forum romanum. Mehrere kleine Restaurants in direkter Nähe.

Cons: Im November war es etwas frisch, die Heizung läuft über die Klimaanlage und war daher nicht so stark.
