Pros: Fabulous position, big room with air conditioning, lot of space for two people, clear and fast communicatio with host

Cons: Shower needs maintanance

Pros: Perfect place. Nice view from the balcony. Supermarket and metro station nearby from the apartment. 20 minutes by walking for the Coliseum. Such a beautiful vibe of Rome around the hotel.

Cons: Communication with owner of the property was not so good. We didn't had a cash without exchange to pay for city tax and would like to had exchange or send money for bank account. We understood it at the night before leave the hotel, immediately sent a message for the owner. Instead to help us, she start to threaten us to call a police. It was ridiculous. At the end, we waited her at the morning before the leave an apartment, she didn't come, and finally sent us her IBAN to transfer money. I really didn't understand the reason for this stupid decision. Second strange think in this apartment, that it doesn't have a kitchen, and eating in the rooms is not allowed. It is first apartment in my travel life, where I can't eat. Third - the computer in the room. Why? It took a lot of space, I can't imagine person who will use this old public computer in 2024. It is not secure, all people have mobile phone, but this peace of ancient stay at the room. For me better to have a fridge, or more free space at the room.

Pros: Everything was amazing, but the soundproofing could use a little work because you can hear everything though the doors.

Pros: Very quiet place, always clean, the owner always answers questions, the garden is very beautiful, 10 minutes walk to the Collision!

Cons: No refrigerator is the only problem.

Pros: The location is amazing, 30 mins maximum to everywhere in Rome. You can always use the 51 and 85 line to reach the Colosseum, Pantheon. Also, the line Metro C to reach the Vatican in 40 minutes.

Cons: There is no kitchen and nowhere to eat or drink 😅. The bed pillows could be better. It would be better to have like a water kattle to enjoy some hot drinks.

Ottimo soggiorno

Pros: Posizione perfetta a due passi dalla fermata metro San Giovanni e ben collegata anche con i bus. La comunicazione con l'host ha funzionato bene e la camera molto spaziosa e funzionale.

Cons: Aumenterei la frequenza delle pulizie nel bagno condiviso. Magari introducendo dei turni di pulizia anche durante l'arco della giornata.

Klimatyczny pokój w spokojnej dzielnicy

Pros: Pięknie urządzone mieszkanie, znajdujące się w spokojnej dzielnicy dobrze skomunikowanej z centrum Rzymu. Pokój z balkonem przestronny, z uroczym widokiem. Łazienka wspólna- czysta i duża. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu na ogromny plus, szczególnie gdy ktoś chce jeszcze skorzystać i pozwiedzać przed odlotem. Polecam serdecznie!

Hermoso y accesible alojamiento

Pros: Muy linda habitación, súper grande y cómoda. El edificio tiene un jardín interno muy lindo y fresco, lleno de plantas.

Cons: Es un poco lejos del centro (pero bien accesible por transporte público). El baño compartido es un problema por la mañana.

Pros: Бесконтактное заселение и выселение, дом как музей, красивый дворик, входная зона, лифт, чистая комната, балкон, ванна, всё регулируется правилами, метро в двух шагах, можно дойти при желании пешком до Колизея, рядом магазины, кафе с Римской пиццой, хозяин отвечает вовремя, даже вечером

Cons: Налог можно было оставить только наличными, оставили 20 евро вместо 14, так как не было нужной суммы монетами, удобнее было бы списать налог в приложении или перевести по iban

Pros: 度过了一个月假期，这是我最喜欢的酒店！房间装修复古优雅，一切都干净整洁，如同这个城市给我的印象一样。我尤其喜欢那个电梯，比较古老但很安全，整个酒店像《锈湖》里的画面！卫生间虽然是公用的，但是超级大，面积相当于一个小卧室了。罗马住宿普遍价格昂贵，以一个这么便宜的价格住到这么漂亮的房间，我不能要求更多了。

Cons: 没什么不满意的。在入住前收到了很长的注意事项，或许有人会介意？但是讲解得非常详细，要求也不苛刻，所有步骤一目了然。一个漂亮的地方，我完全理解房东对它的爱护。
