It was a decent apartment

Pros: Check-in and check-out for the building and the apartment are done via phone, as described. I handled it without any issues. The apartment can be considered as having two rooms. One has a bed and small seating areas, while the other features a large bed, TV, air conditioning, a table, a sofa, and a chair. There is a coffee machine located just outside the apartment. The view was very pleasant, looking out over the street. The location is only 2-3 minutes from the Pantheon and very close to all historical sites. I didn't experience any problems.

Cons: Just as a suggestion, adding a small kitchenette to the room would be a great improvement.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Mater Rooms & Suites. The self check-in process was incredibly easy and smooth, with clear instructions that made everything stress-free from the start. The bedroom was spotless, very comfortable, and perfect for resting after long days exploring the city. The location is absolutely amazing, right in the heart of Rome and within walking distance of so many iconic places. On top of that, the communication with the host was excellent at all times: quick, clear, and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and an exceptional location in Rome.

Cons: If I had to say something, doesn't have a lift

Just Perfect!!

Pros: Everything was súper easy!! Contactless check-in works perfectly!! Perfect location. Everything was clean! Just as described.

Pros: The location is perfect! The room was big and clean and the staff super nice.

Pros: The location of this hotel is superb, we really loved it. It’s very close to most major attractions, which makes sightseeing easy. If you enjoy taking photos without crowds, you can head out early in the morning without needing to wake up extra early since everything is so nearby. Feeling hungry? There are few restaurant right downstairs, which is very convenient. The room was spacious and access is via phone rather than a passcode, which made us feel more secure.

Cons: Because the restaurants are downstairs, it can be a bit noisy at night, but we were still able to sleep well. We stayed for four nights and weren’t sure if it became quieter or if we simply got used to the noise. The second downside is that there’s no lift, so you’ll need to carry your luggage upstairs. That said, there aren’t many stairs and they’re easy to climb.

Perfect location

Pros: Perfect location and accommodation. Loved how close we were at the most important sights. The room was clean and the cleaning servise was daily.

Cons: Because of the central location it can get loud sometimes.

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Mater Suites to anyone needing a short stay in Rome.

Pros: The location was central and I could walk everywhere. I received fresh towels each day and came back to a freshly made bed. Every interaction with the staff via messages was warm and friendly. I felt safe and secure.

Cons: Unfortunately I could hear the other guests use the bathroom. In addition, other guests were noisy in the corridor outside my room. It might help to have a hall runner and some extra furnishings in the room would make my stay cosier.

Pros: İt was an excellent experience in Rome. İf I come again, probably I will stay at the same place. Thanks to Martina for helping about everything

Perfect location, clean spacious and great value for money

Pros: I thought the property was brilliant. Great location easy to get in and out using your phone. Property was clean and spacious, was able to check out later when asked. Really great value for money and would stay again

Cons: I could be loud in the evenings and early mornings due to the restaurants below and the cobbles- but no biggy

Excellent accomodation

Pros: Very clean and comfortable in such a central location.Within walking distance of Pantheon, Trevi fountain , Vittoria Emmanuel monument as well as lovely restaurants and cafes. Had room cleaned daily with fresh towels which was a bonus.

Cons: Some noise from outside heard on our final night.
