Pros: The location of this hotel is excellent, within walking distance of many major attractions. It’s very convenient for sightseeing and especially nice if you want to go out early to enjoy quieter streets for photos. There are restaurants just downstairs, so food is always easy to find. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Cons: As restaurants are just downstairs, can be quite noisy at night but with the window closed, the noised reduce a lot. No lift, so need to carry up luggage via stairs

Pros: The room is in a great location by being just a few steps away from the Pantheon. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended and I would book this place again when I visit Rome another time.

Pros: The apartment is clean, and in a great location — everything is within walking distance and the area feels very convenient and pleasant. These were definitely the highlights of our stay.

Cons: However, we did experience some issues with the entrance. The access with codes and the unusual door handles was quite complicated, and the main entrance door in the staircase got stuck several times. One night we came back late and couldn’t get in at all — the code didn’t work, the handle jammed, and the person responsible for the property didn’t answer the phone. With additional help we eventually managed to enter, but it was quite stressful. Another downside is that the apartment itself doesn’t get much natural daylight — the window is small and faces the neighboring building. It would also be helpful to have a proper kitchen knife, not just table knives. Overall, the apartment has many positives, but improving the entrance system and a few small details would make the stay much better.

Pros: It was a nice size room. Bathroom was new. It was nice and close to Colosseum. WiFi was good. Host responded quickly to questions.

We had a brilliant stay and if we returned to Rome would be happy to stay there again.

Cons: All the codes to the doors was overwhelming to start with but became comfortable with it by the end. There was an iron in the room but no ironing board

Pros: Location was fantastic. Staff were always quick to respond. Felt safe there.

Cons: The lock system on the door handles was tricky at times. The code would unlock the door, but the handle would not open it.

Beautiful room in a wonderful location

Pros: Bright, large, clean room in the perfect location to experience Rome. The bathroom was modern and the beds were very comfortable. The security system and door locks made us feel very safe.

Cons: The stairs are difficult to get large luggage up and down, but Armin was there and helped us get our bags up. The safe wasn’t working properly and the fridge wasn’t very cold, but these were minor issues.
