Perfect place to stay

Pros: Perfect place to stay near metro&bus station. Comfy beds and really clean.

Cons: Could use extra wine/prosecco glasses. There were only 2 and we were a group of 6.

Charming, comfy and well connected.

Pros: Barca House is actually a chic first-floor apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s modern, super clean, and really comfy — fully equipped with everything you need, even for a longer stay (all the appliances plus kitchen essentials like coffee, tea, spices…). Our host Silvio was amazing: friendly, easy to reach, and always helpful. The area has everything — a supermarket, a cute café for your morning coffee and breakfast, a pharmacy, fruit shop, and plenty of little restaurants. There’s a bus stop literally around the corner, and the metro is just one street away, so getting around is a breeze. The Colosseum is only a 10-minute walk! We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back to Rome and stay here again.

Pros: This is a full 3 rooms apartment, perfect for 3 couples, with 2 bathrooms. All rooms and the living have air conditioning. It has all the conditions and equipment for a nice stay. In addition, you can order an airport transfer for a pretty good price. Silvio, the owner, is really nice and helpful.

Cons: Everything was good.

excellent accommodation in a stunning city.

Pros: The location was excellent with restaurants and supermarkets around the corner. To head into the main sights only required a short walk up the road (passed a fantastic gelato store) to hop on the Metro. Also, Silvio - our host - was beyond helpful.

Pros: The place was very comfy, quiet, and very clean There is everything you need in the apartment. The host was more than kind and friendly. He helped us with everything we needed. A few steps near the house, you can find groceries, and the metro station is a couple of minutes away as well. I would come back. Definitely recommended

Pros: The place was super clean, modern, and exactly as described in the photos. The fact that is has 2 bathrooms was excellent (we were a group of 6). The bed was comfortable, the WiFi was fast, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was perfect—close to public transport (metro, bus), restaurants and supermarkets close, and a few nice spots to explore (very close to Basilica San Giovanni). The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. I really appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels and a welcome gift. He recommended nice specific Italian restaurants.

Pros: The host met us before the scheduled check in time, allowing us an early check in.

Great host and property

Pros: The apartment was clean, spacious and warm. We were welcomed the moment we arrived, there were 6 of us staying at the property and the host was very friendly and welcomed us with a bottle of prosecco. The location it is quite central with just 7 minutes walk from the San Giovani Metro station. I highly recommend

Pros: Very helpful owner. Everything was new, fragnant and clean. Filly equipped. Stylishly furnished. Easily accessible, a short walk from Metro and Bus. If we to go to Rome, we will definitely choose this apartment. Great!
