Comfortable stay at great location

Pros: The apartment, though housed in an old building, was well maintained. Host was an amazing person and was available for easy check-in even at almost midnight. Location is another plus. As we were expected to arrive late at night, i was worried about safety aspects. However, it turned out to be very safe area even for families at any time of the day.

Cons: Elevator is old style and needs manual closing of the outer door. When we reached at night, elevator did not come to Gnd floor as someone had left the outer door open.

Feeling like home

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and clean and you can find everything you need to cook. We will be back for sure.

Confortable location in Rome

Pros: We had a wonderful experience, spacious, clean apartment with all the facilities, very kind staff welcomed us with cold drinks and small surprises.Air conditioning in all rooms.We were 4 adults and 4 big children and we fit very well, each bedroom had an extra bed. Close to the bus and metro station, but you can easily reach the Coloseum on foot. We recommend this apartment!

Cons: All was good

We enjoyed the stay. Wery good contact with Giovanni the host. I recommend this place.

Pros: Giovanni was there waiting for us when we arrived. Appartment was prepared perfectly clean. There was even a pack of good cofee for us. There are two bathrooms! Location is in walking distance to Metro station. There are many restaurants with good food in the area (just follow Giovannis recomendation). Beds in bedrooms are big and comfortable. Folding couch in living room is good enogh for few nights. We sayed with 7 people, that is the max capacity that this appartment can handle.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, very spaceous, very well equipted. Also good for bigger group, we were 7 girls. It has 2 bathrooms which is great. Apartment looks the same as on the pictures. It is at perfect location, near bus and metro stop. Also Coloseum is 15 min walking distance.

Pros: Nos sorprendió el tamaño del apartamento, en las fotos parece más pequeño. En general es muy cómodo, y quitando el sofá cama un poco incómodo, los dormitorios para dormir son geniales.

Cons: Tener que tocar el cuadro de luz para apagar las luces del pasillo (que se encienden si no con un sensor de presencia) para no molestar a la pareja que dormía en el sofa cama del salón.

Grata estancia y grata atención

Pros: Nos gustó todo en el alojamiento, tiene muchos detalles y la atención del casero muy buena, dejándote tu espacio y sin presión ni prisas. Está muy bien ubicada ya que la parada de bus y metro están al lado, zona tranquila y sin ruidos pese a tener un restaurante cerca. Muy atento dejando geles de higiene íntima, agua y zumo dentro de la nevera y tostaditas con mermeladas para nosotros. Volveríamos a alojarnos sin duda!!!

Cons: Las almohadas del sofá cama muy blandas y las toallas de cara olían muy fuerte a desinfectante, pero mejor ese olor a que huela a sucio :)

Pros: La zona è comodissima: a 3 min a piedi c’é la fermata della metro a re di roma, é servita di autobus, tram e molti negozi. L’appartamento é molto bello, accogliente, grande e spazioso; servito di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, bagni comodi e ben forniti) e pensato per le famiglie. Giovanni ci ha accolto anche con un set per la colazione che abbiamo molto apprezzato.

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy cuidado y equipado con todo lo necesario para un viaje familiar y estaba muy limpio Se encuentra cerca del metro y de varias paradas de bus. Al coliseo se puede ir paseando. Giovani fue muy atento y puntual. Repetiría sin duda.

Nice apartment and host, had a very pleasant time.

Pros: The building and apartment was both very nice and in good condition. Kitchen was well equipped. Location is also convenient there is a supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Very flexible check out.

Cons: Overall I was happy with the apartment.
