Nice and calm
Pros: Nice location, a little bit far from the center, but very calm and peaceful. The hosts were very friendly. The rooms were very clean, with good bedding thins.

Wonderful stay. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
Pros: The hotels location is extremely convenient. We walked to all of the attractions, only in the last day we got tired so we took a bus to colosseum. It was only a short bus ride which left right in front of the hotel. Hotel it self is very clean, new and modern. it was newly decorated. The breakfast was also great. All the items of continental breakfast, and on request boiled eggs or omelettes were also available. The staff are extremely helpful with anything you may ask or request. They helped plan the whole holiday with us, showed us great places to visit and eat. There is also a large supermarket next to the hotel, there are no supermarkets in the very center so you can do all of your shopping from there. You can also buy your lunch or dinner from the supermarket. We took a taxi from the airport. Use the taxi instead of Uber. The local taxis had a fix rate of 55 euros whereas Uber can charge up to 70 euros.

Great room and service with slight issues
Pros: The location was great with lots of public transport and great restaurants nearby, and the staff was really nice and helpful! The room was spacious and had everything you need
Cons: There where some slight cleanliness issues, especially in the bathroom, but nothing severe

A trip to remember
Pros: Satisfied with everything. The location is excellent, also the building as a whole, the room and bathroom are in excellent condition, very very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. All praise to the staff too, polite and friendly. See you as soon as possible❤️.
Cons: There is no such thing. Everything was wonderful.

The hotel is good to be recommended.
Pros: The location of hotel is excellent. It is close to Vantican city, Metro line A, bus station and supermarket. There is a capsule coffee machine and electrical water kettle available in guest room.
Cons: Breakfast is available starting from 8am to 10am. For those travellers who need to get up earlier, they need to talk to hotel for early breakfast provision.

Hot, but very good
Pros: Sheila who managed our stay looking after us at breakfast and cleaning our room was just lovely. She always had a smile 😊
Cons: The instructions to find the apartment were not clear and there is not a sign outside the apartment so we really struggled which when you are tired was not the best way to arrive.

Pros: The location is excellent, the breakfast is wonderful, the room is excellent, and the new bathroom is very good. Liana and Tiziana is super friendly and knows how to run her business very well. She helps with recommendations for your trip, etc. She's a lovely person, and we highly recommend her.

Wonderful
Pros: Lovely guest house, with a fantastic location - 15 mins to the Vatican and around 30 mins to the Colosseum. Perfect for those who prefer to reach their sightseeing spots on foot. The neighbourhood, Prati, is a nice one, safe and quiet at night. The room has everything one needs, spacious enough, clean and a comfy mattress. Out host, Liana, was great. Her family owns another business- an authentic local brand of mens wear. The only regret I have is we didn't have enough time to visit one their shops. Also special thanks to Tiziana (the other host) and Ernesto who looked after our room and made sure we have fresh towels every day.
Cons: Probably the breakfast could be tad more diversified. It usually consists of croissants and omelet. Not bad at all but would be great to try something else too.
