Nice place with superb location

Pros: Francesco is a great host: all smiles, interested in everything, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. He's happy to share his best tips with the guests. The place looks nice and it’s very clean. It’s located in an older but elegant building featuring a small but reliable elevator. The neighborhood is just lovely: quiet residential area with supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants but very close to the metro (and also a lot of buses stop nearby) and only a few minutes walk from the Vatican.

Cons: Unfortunately the bed is quite uncomfortable and even squeaks loudly. Some shelves in the shower (and a hand-held shower head!) would be a great improvement.

Pros: We had a great time at the Guest Roma house. Accommodation is clean and comfortable and Check-in and check-out processes were easy. Francesco is very friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome! He also guve us the best tips about Rome and local restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!

Pros: Francesco was a great host - very friendly and easy to contact before the stay. There was also a great selection of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Clean hotel and easy to access

Pros: The room is located a few minutes of walking from the Stadio Olimpico and Vatican. The room and the whole lounge are are kept clean, and the whole place is tastefully arranged. Francesco is excellent host, who shared every info I asked for but also recommendation for places to eat and drink.

Perfect for exploring Prati and the Vatican

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guest Roma House. As always Prati is a fantastic base from which to explore the city. Our room was quiet, clean and we appreciated the elevator after having dragged suitcases up stairs all over Italy. Best of all, Francesco is a fantastic host. We are looking forward to staying again.

Comfortable accommodation in great location!

Pros: Very central, close to the Vatican and public transport. Very nice and clean place providing everything needed. The host Francesco was very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The plastic plates were a bit funny, but nothing really to complain about!
