Pros: I stayed at Primo Piano in Rome by myself and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s decoration is beautiful, with great attention to detail and very tasteful design. It feels cozy and welcoming from the very first moment. Everything was spotless — the cleanliness truly stands out. Even traveling alone, I felt completely comfortable and safe. It has a warm, family-like atmosphere and is very peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. And Fabio… simply the best host. Always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Amazing experience

Pros: We liked everything about this property! The location was excellent, close to all of the landmarks (15-30 minutes walking distance). The room was cozy, elegant, spotless clean and equipped with all you could need for your stay. The staff was friendly and our host was amazing, she helped us with all the details we needed, from how to get to different locations to great places to eat! Also, the property is situated in a really quiet and safe neighborhood. Overall, we enjoyed staying here and would definitely choose it again!

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The hotel is extremely clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest details. You can truly feel the care and love put into this place. The location is excellent — everything is convenient and easy to reach, which made exploring the city a real pleasure. Barbara and her husband are amazing hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They gave us great recommendations, and thanks to them we discovered some fantastic places. It’s rare to meet such warm and sincere people. It has been a long time since we felt this comfortable and happy staying somewhere. We truly enjoyed every moment and felt at home. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Rome. Highly recommended
