A perfect home base for our family of three — spacious, welcoming, and in a great location!

Pros: Great location! Just a short 500m walk from the Colosseum, and right next to a cute park with plenty of great restaurants close by. The owner was very responsive to texts and extremely helpful, offering lots of great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. The place had plenty of space and amenities, making it a very comfortable stay. We were warmly greeted with a lovely little care package to welcome us — such a thoughtful touch!

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Will be coming back and staying here again.

The location of the apartment is very convenient. The renovation, furniture, and appliances were very new and of high quality. There was a store in the courtyard with everything you need. Good quality apartment with incredible view

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome. It’s located in an excellent, quiet, and respectable neighborhood—just a 2-minute walk from a lovely park with a playground, which is a real rarity in the city center. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed. But what truly made it special was waking up in the morning, opening the windows (to unbolt the shutters!), and being greeted not by city noise, but by the sound of birds chirping and a stunning view of Rome’s landmarks. The host gave us a warm welcome—he met us in person, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly polite and helpful. He even tried to assist us in looking for a toy our little son had forgotten. As a couple traveling with two children, we found the apartment very comfortable and felt right at home. Highly recommended!

The best that I have stayed from all the trips, a 10 stars super deserved.

Pros: The staff was very ready and willing to help. He kept our luggage before the check-in time, waited for us, guided us about everything. The apartment was very comfortable, comfortable and practical for little children. The person who welcomed us, Fabrizio, was a really communicative gentleman and very ready to help us, an ‘’Italiano Vero’’. If I go back to Rome, I know where I should book an apartment, again at Sunset Appartament
