Pros: Clean and fresh sheets in all bedrooms, good sized bedrooms and bathroom,living and dining, just a smaller kitchen.

Great apartment, comfortable, well equipped great location and fantastic hosts

Pros: It was a great sized apartment with fantastic facilities each room being en-suite. The kitchen was well stocked there was everything you could need re tea, coffee, sugar etc. Lovely balcony looking on to the Tiber. Location great lots of attractions within walking distance. The hosts were also exceptional with all their help and flexibility. Would highly recommend!

Pros: The location was great. Walking distance to many attractions and there are some nice restaurants close by. The apartment was huge, each room with its own bathroom. We were two adults and 3 teens and each one of us loved the place.

Cons: The bathrooms in the backrooms are beautifully designed however the hot water takes a lot of time to arrive. We did not mind it but this could be improved.

Family Trip (8 people)

Pros: We stayed 3 nights (4 adults, 4 children). Lots of space, 3 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom, large living room/ dining room area with 2 balconies. Great location, on the main road overlooking the river yet in walking distance to all attractions and hop-on hop-off bus stop. Grocery store located just behind the building. Kitchen equipped with the essentials. Laundry machine an asset. Elevator available. Easy check-in & check-out process. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Maintenance required for items used frequently such as toilet paper holders to be securely attached to wall. Shower in back right bedroom, shower head not working and unable to regulate water due to how it's installed. Sofa bed could use a new mattress. Would suggest a bunk bed style sofa for 1 or 2 bedrooms to maximize guest capacity.
