Excellent value for money, very comfortable touring base

Pros: Spacious, clean, modern kitchen and bathroom. Good location for touring Rome

Cons: Very minor - no microwave but we gas cooked

Pros: Perfect position near the tram, metro, the pyramid, the aventine hill, tibre river, incredible.

The building our flat was in was beautiful and well kept-up and fabulous restaurants were everywhere

Pros: The location was exactly what we wanted - our daughter did a semester in Rome last year, and lived nearby - so we knew where all the good restaurants and cafes were. It was easy to access the flat up on the 2nd floor. If there was any question, we could always call Nicolas who was very gracious and helpful (in English).

Cons: The sign-up online was a bit complicated - having to download pictures of passports, etc. and answer many questions. Once we got it, there was no problem. We extended our stay one day, and being assured there would be no problem staying an extra day - we got locked out of our room at the start of the extra day, but reliable Nicolas helped us out again.

Relaxing apartment south of Rome centre

Pros: The area seemed more like \

Cons: There was some street noise, but not too extreme. Instructions were a little convoluted to get in the first time, and some instruction on the exterior gate key would have been helpful, but I figured it out. The coffee machine in the kitchen was inscrutable. It was not clear how to properly set the climate control for heating.

Amazing!

Pros: Beautiful apartment with all the amenities we needed. The complex is situated in a quiet area. The location boasts a vibrant neighbourhood with wine bars, local trattorias and the market. A stone's throw to the Colosseum with local hidden gems along the way. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Great host team, went above and beyond.

Pros: Great location, buses and trams outside and train station 6mind walk. Easy to get everywhere. Great apartment, everything we needed. Shower is teeny weeny!

Pros: The apartment is very well situated in Testaccio, a vibrant place for the local people with plenty of nice trattoria’s and restaurants. The accommodation itself was very clean and has all the facilities you need.

Pros: The apartament is in a good location, close to the public transport. It was very clean and there was everything you need for a few days trip.

Pros: The apartman is easy to access, clean, comfortable, constant communication with the host, she was helpful in all matters The location is very good, if you want to explore the city and also close to the brilliant local market, and to Trastevere, where are great restaurants and bars.

Super-host & location

Pros: The place is GREAT.- Italian residential area with lots of restaurants and nice to walk, also the n the night, and close enough to the sightseeings. The hosts were incredible polite & reactive, and the apartment is very nice.

Cons: The sofa-bed was not super-comfy and it was a bit small for a 4x family, but the rest was really great.
