We can highly recommend the apartment and its location that is easy to reach and close to the city.

Pros: The apartment was spatious, clean and had everything that we needed and more. We appreciated all the really easy to follow information provided by the owner. Great comunication and follow-up answers to any questions and a lovely list provided by the owner with the things to do, see and use in the area. Highly appreciated indeed. Great.

Cons: Nothing to report.

Pros: The apartment is good and cozy. It has everything you need for your stay including kitchen appliances, fridge, comfortable bed and heaters. It's close to the bus stop. The owner communicated everything properly and gave us good recommendations. I recommend this place.

Cons: 1) The electric kettle was quite old and had limescale. There is a pan, so you can still boil water. 2) The windows aren't soundproof and there are a lot of bars around. So you could hear some constant distant noise from the street on Friday and Saturday nights. 3) Also it's a bit cold in January. But there's heater, air conditioner and additional blankets.

Perfect place to stay and rest and be closer to locals

Pros: We loved everything. This was our third trip to the Rome and location is great if you’re okay with long walks (close to river) and want to feel more like locals. We felt very safe there. Nice view from the living room to square. Apartment has all four short or longer stay - we got even some sweet welcome surprise. The bed was comfortable and big (I was with my teenage son and it was big enough for us). With check-in instructions all was good and we got even some suggestions for places to eat - definitely visit “il Grottino”, it’s was one of best restaurants we visited. “Panna & Co” gelato place also was great.

Fabulous apartment

Pros: The apartment was safe and located in a wonderful community called Testaccio, overlooking the Piazza. We loved sitting in the Piazza watching all the local activity, the surrounding shops full of delicious food was also very convenient. Flavia was the best host, full of amazing information to help us enjoy our stay. Hope to return one day!

Pros: Apartment is in good location and in safety place. Bus stop is very close to apartment, 2 min walking distance. It is very easy to go to touristic places. We bought unlimited bus ticket for 1 day – 7 EUR. Bathroom is cleaned and after renovation. Apartment provided bath and hand towels for 4 people. Kitchen is equipped with all required dishes, cups, pans. We were enjoying staying in apartment in July, in the period when extremely hot. (4 people). Air conditions are working properly and keep apartment cool. I highly recommend to stay in this apartment. Ernestina

Pros: The apartment was perfect for our family of four, it had all the amenities we needed and the location was excellent. It was wonderful to stay in a non tourist spot and experience an Italian neighbourhood like Testaccio. Flavia made check in and out east easy, and provided us excellent recommendations for local eateries and businesses. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others.

Pros: Everything about this apartment is perfect. There were 3 in our party and there was everything you could think of. The Piazza was beautiful and at night is filled with locals. Testaccio was the perfect suburb and not touristy and short walks will take you to Trastevere and other locations. Public transport is also great from here

Cousy place, perfect for a small family

Pros: Everything in the apartment was amazing. Location: the neighbourhood is really calm and have a supermarket, farmacy and restaurants. walking distance to every important/famous place. The apartment is really big and comfortable. Contact: Flavia was really helpful by sharing information and being always at contact.

Pros: The apartment is very clean and very cozy, having everything you need for a pleasant stay. The building itself is very pretty. The area is nice, it gives a feeling of security even at night. You can feel the Italian atmosphere and all the vitality that the Italians have. There are a lot of typical Italian nice restaurants around and absolutely delicious ice cream. Bus station and metro station are only few minutes away, but even walking to main Rome attractions is a pleasure as everything is about 30 minutes away passing through less known but gorgeous sites. Flavia (the host) was in contact with us ensuring that we have everything we need. She recommended us places for breakfast, dinner and more. Grazie Flavia! We will come back ☺️
