Perfect for sightseeing, not stay in longer time

Pros: + localization: easy walk distance to every Rome atraction, + possibility to check-in after midnight, + two bathrooms (only one with shower), + smart tv, + good wi-fi.

Cons: - only two rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 3 days stay, when I asked owner about it, he recommended me some shops nearby - redicelous :D - very loud airconditioning, - not so clean - walking barefoot can cause black feet, - noisy street, - flat is smaller than on the photos.

The location is excellent and I enjoyed my five nights here in Rome.

Pros: The apartment was in an excellent location, in walking distance of everything I wanted to see. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. A kettle was provided, which it isn’t always in Italian apartments, and there were even coffee mugs. The internet was fast and reliable and the washing machine was very efficient. So, all major requirements were met.

Cons: I had no major complaints, though it would have been good to have a more comfortable chair for relaxing in the evening, and I could have used a proper breakfast bowl. A broom would have been useful too.

Perfect location

Pros: We had an amazing stay! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were so kind and helpful, which made our experience even better. The location was ideal for exploring the area, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout our stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience – we hope to be back soon!

Pros: Perfect location, everything is near by, you have supermarket in 100m distance.

Great location to visit Rome by walking

Pros: The location was excellent, in a nice, clean area, in walking distance to most places, near the bus station and a Carrefour market store. It has two bathrooms and good space even for a family of four. Good A/C to cool down the apartment. The access was easy. The photos and description are real.

Cons: A bit outdated. It had some cleaning issues, black mold in the bathroom around the toilet and on the lower part of the shower cabin (which can be easily cleaned, tried it and worked with paper tissue; just wipe those areas with some good cleaning product), under the A/C, bad smell, dirt and some little ants under the kitchen sink where there are the garbage bins. The sponge from the kitchen sink was old and used. The bed and the couch squeek at every little move. The windows are beautiful but not sound proof, you can hear every little noise from the street. Which it is quiet in general and the area is beautiful, except the garbage of glass bottles being collected at 3 am with huge noise.

Pros: The apartment is very nice, clean, two bathrooms which was perfect for four people, kitchen equipped with everything you need, washing machine, air conditioning. The apartment is in a very good area, very close to the tourist attractions, many shops and supermarkets. The host is extremely nice and helpful. We really liked it here.

Wonderful holiday

Pros: It was very clean and the host answered immediately if we had any questions. It was also walking distance to all major sightseeing.

Pros: Accoglienza calorosa, pulizia dei bagni e delle camere impeccabile. Struttura eccellente a pochi passi dal centro, perfetta per girare la città. La signora é stata gentilissima e disponibile, consigliatissimo per chi cerca tranquillita e pulizia

Cons: Dalla doccia scendeva poca acqua e, a volte. fredda. Bagni senza finestre
