Pros: During our trip across several cities in Italy, this place stood out as the best accommodation we experienced. The apartment is beautifully furnished, perfectly located, and offers exceptional value for money. Emanuele was incredibly responsive, always ready to assist, and promptly answered all our questions. Public transport, shops, and cafes are conveniently nearby. We were absolutely delighted with our choice and will definitely stay here again next time!
Cons: The only downside was the shower: the water pressure was quite low, and the showerhead was somewhat inconvenient. However, this did not cause any significant issues.

Pros: The owner was very nice, explained everything and recommended restaurants in the area (e.g. Osteria dal 1931). Shops, market (mercato - fresh products, very local <3 ) and cafes in the area, you can buy everything you need and eat a sweet Italian breakfast. Close to public transport (currently only buses, no trams - as of October 2024), you can get to any place in Rome (with a transfer or directly - to the center about 40 minutes). Very well equipped - iron, hair dryer, dishwasher, oven, fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils , kettle, TVs, coffee machine (Nespresso-style capsules - here I suggest using bottled water with low mineral content, because tap water is hard and you can drink coffee with a lot of limescale). We will definitely go back on our next trip to Rome!
Cons: In Rome, the water is very hard, which means there is a lot of limescale - we thought the shower head had low pressure, but after rinsing it with vinegar (or you can use a descaling spray) it turned out that everything was fine ;)

Pros: I highly recommend it, a very well-equipped place - dryer, coffee machine, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, iron, air-conditioner - everything at your disposal. Problem-free contact with the owner. A quiet place, away from the center, but with very good communication, a bus stop right next to the house. Very close to grocery stores. Everything went smoothly !

All in all a good place to stay for short period
Pros: Good location, near tram, bus. Very well equipped with all you need.
Cons: Even it is rated as an BNB we missed one B. My advice is to provide the guests with vouchers in one of the bars , so they can have a coffee and a cornetto everyday.

Super Urlaub in super Wohnung
Pros: Die Unterkunft hat einen guten Standort von dem alles gut zu erreichen ist. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und sehr Gastfreundlich. Ich würde mich gerne nochmals für die Wohnung entscheiden.

Pros: Ruhige Lage, abseits des Trubels. Busse und Straßenbahn nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rundum. Appartement großzügig und modern. Schlüsselübergabe und Check out problemlos. Emanuele kam jeweils vor Ort und war auch ansonsten immer erreichbar.
Cons: Im Appartement fehlten Instruktionen, wo z.B. der Abfall zu entsorgen ist. Öl und Essig waren vorhanden, Salz- u. Pfefferstreuer waren leider leer.
