Pros: Perhaps more salami type or cheese types, if scrambled eggs were offered would have been nice. Sweets were enough many kinds.

Pros: Our stay at Frédérica's Home went very well. The person at the reception was kind, smiling, and helpful. The room was clean, air-conditioned, and equipped with everything we needed (including a small fridge). We spent three days in Rome and were very pleased and satisfied with the location of the establishment, right in the city center. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location, cosy and pleasant

Pros: Perfect location, staff was extra polite and nice. Everything was super clean, and the food was tastefull.

Pros: The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Roma Termini, which made getting to the airport and traveling to other cities super easy. It’s also close to the Colosseum, so sightseeing was very convenient. The breakfast was simple but nice, and what truly stood out was the amazing hospitality. The reception staff was exceptionally kind and respectful, going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Since we had an early check-out, he even brought our breakfast before.

Clean, good value accommodation

Pros: We were very comfortable during our stay at Frederica's Place and it's a good value place to stay in Rome. Communication was clear before our trip and we found the accomodation easily. Our room was clean, staff were helpful and it was good to have breakfast during our stay.

Cons: We'd have liked a kettle and tea / coffee in the room but we knew before we went from the listing that this wasn't available.

Nice stay in Rome

Pros: The room was very clean with all the necessary amenities. An important plus that the room was cleaned every day. We could go everywhere by foot, but the room is also near metro and bus stations (such as the bus station for the airport) and has a very nice breakfast. The owners are very kind and helpful, we thank them very much for the hospitality. We definitely recommend this place.

Pros: Federica was an excellent host. EVERYTHING was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

Pros: The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and we received fresh towels every day. The owners were kind and put a lot of effort into the accommodation. They stored our luggage after checkout and allowed us to check in early, which meant a lot to us. Breakfast is served from 8 to 9:30 every morning, which might be a bit late for those who want to start their day early and avoid the heat. The breakfast is good, offering both sweet and savory options, including cold cuts, croissants, fruit, and coffee.

Cons: The street and neighborhood where the apartment is located smell of feces and urine, and the area is full of trash. It's absolutely not the owners' fault, nor do they have any control over it, but it's a shame. I can see this being a problem for someone, but we felt totaly safe.

Clean, comfortable and close to the Colosseum.

Pros: We loved our stay at Federica's Home. The owners were lovely, friendly and kind. We arrived after breakfast and the owner kindly fed us, which was so kind of him. The bedroom, shower and toilet facilities were exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great too, with a wonderful selection. Wi-fi worked well for us. Locality was great - a short walk to the Colosseum, and there was a handy supermarket next door. Thank you so much!
