Ann Inn

Pros: Great location – just a few meters from the metro station and only a short walk from Termini station and the Colosseum. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with a fridge and a kettle – perfect for an overnight stay.

Cons: What I didn’t like was that I had to write down my credit card number and expiry date on paper, even though I had already paid by card via my phone. Also, there was a €3 fee for luggage storage, which simply meant leaving my backpack in the hallway by the reception area where no one was present.

Good clean 'unmanned' hotel in what felt like a safe area with an easy walk from the station.

Pros: The room was clean and well maintained albeit a little on the small side but that wasn't a problem as we weren't living in it, just sleeping as all the action is of course outside. It was easily accessible from Termini Station via a 20 minute walk through what felt like a safe neighbourhood.

Cons: As the hotel met our needs for this short visit to Rome there are no helpful suggestions regarding what could have been better. We enjoyed our stay and it suited our needs for this trip.

Pros: Great location, close to station and monuments such as the Colosseum. Staff were attentive and responded quickly to our needs

Cons: Tourist tax is required as soon as you check in, needed to be cash

Clean room and great location

Pros: Location is perfect. It is 30 min walk from main attractions. It is also 2 minutes’ walk to metro, which we preferred to use in the evening to get to Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Check-in and check-out were easy. I would definitely stay here again next time I am Rome.

Cons: The only thing I would say could improve it to fit better hairdryers. It took me ages to dry my hair, and it is not convenient if you want to get ready quickly. The hair dryer can burn your hand if you use it too long.

Pros: good location for key attractions, Clean comfortable room, pleasant staff.

Cons: The Ann Inn isn't obvious from the street, the only indication of its presence is a name on a multi button door entry system. Check in was challenging as they use a strange card reader system which didn't recognise two of my credit cards( they both worked in local shops ) fortunately I had taken several with me and was third time lucky otherwise my only option would have been by cash !!! The fridge in our room did not work despite reporting the matter twice to the staff.

Pros: Lovely staff, great location and very clean/maintained.
