Pros: Everything was good, we had a really good time here. The room was nice and clean. The staff provided us with all the details in advance and answered our questions.

Great location, clean and nice, bring earplugs

Pros: Great location, on the metro station (I used it just once though - it’s a nice walk everywhere in the city center). The room was clean, with a nice smell, warm. TV with netflix and youtube. Every service you need is around (cafés, drug store, pharmacy, restaurants, wine bars, groceries, tarot reading 😂, …).

Cons: The noise during the weekend but I knew it from the reviews and brought earplugs. Wifi was a bit slow/not available.

100% would stay again

Pros: Really nice location & discreet so you don’t look like a stand out as a tourist. From booking to arrival communication is really good with contactless check-in and check-out. Instructions are really clear on how to check in and hassle free. Bed was comfortable plenty of space to move around and wasn’t noisy. Everywhere was clean and well kept and air conditional worked amazingly.

Cons: Nothing, suited my needs as a solo traveller perfectly

Pros: newly reappointed. nice commong area with coffee machine seating area and fridge.

Cons: new tiles in bathroom cover outdated plumbing..... needed to press flusher over and over before the pressure brought enough water to flush rather than a mere trickle... the temperature regulator in the shower was non-existent; went from scalding hot to freezing cold over and over. Most uncomfortable shower in a long time. Message regarding paying city tax not received upon arrival but long after we'd already checked out. Not good service in that regard. Phone # for support dropped my calls every time I tried to reach for help.

perfect choice for a trip to Rome

Pros: Good location, clean room, very comfortable bed, the atmosphere of the small courtyard was also good. We stayed there for two nights but after the first night we still got cleaning and clean towels! Very helpful owner 😊
