Perfect place to stay in Rome

Pros: Wonderful stay - Patrizio was a perfect host! Nice and very, very helpful. Room is as described, comfty and large. Localisation is great close to the main station and centre of Rome. 100% recommended!

Good

Pros: The hotel is located close to Rome Termini Station (in 10 min walk). Very calm and safe. The owner is truly friendly and can speak Japanese.

Cons: It is a little tricky to find how to enter the building (I should have ask the owner first, though). The elevator is so small. So, if you have a lot of luggage or want to stay with your friends together, you may need to think about it again.

Pros: On arrival the area is a bit iffy, but actually it’s a really good location. The place is a transformed apartment to several “hotel” rooms, which are clean and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. Only can recommend!

Pros: I liked the room, very big, new bathroom appliances, fast wifi, Patrizio let us enter a little bit earlier. He is reachable on WhatsApp even late in the night. I recommend this location.

Pros: Excellent location, the metro is right outside the building and is also easy walking distance to a lot of main attractions like the Colosseum. Very good value for money since a lot of other accommodation options in Rome are expensive. Patrizio communicated well, very accommodating and gave helpful advice for our trip since it was our first time in Rome. We really enjoyed it.

Cons: The rooms are a little run down, but is expected from this beautiful heritage building. But the value you pay for the location negates this.

Wonderful stay in Rome!

Pros: Great apartment in Rome! 10 minutes walk from Termini Station and the metro is on the doorstep. Patrizio was a very welcoming host. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Pros: The location was great, as the subway/metro was right there. Patrick assisted us in how to travel via subway to Vatican city. He was also able to arrange a taxi to the airport as well. The taxi was a flat rate. Patrick was very friendly and helpful. The only challenge was knowing how to get into the hotel when we arrived. There was a sign.. but was unsure what code to use to get into the building. Thank you so much Patrick. We throughly enjoyed our time in Rome. We could walk to the Colosseum and to many landmarks in Rome.
