Excellent location, clean and comfortable room, super nice staff.

Pros: Excellent location, a short walk from Termini Station (bus and train) and the metro station Victor Emmanuel is a few steps only. All major sights are walking distance. The room was spacious and quiet, the bed very comfortable. All nice and clean, stylish. The lady who serves breakfast was super nice and polite 🙂 I highly recommend this accommodation, we had a great time in Roma.

Pros: The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, the location was good.

Cons: The walls were thin, you could hear the neighbors. The renovations started at nine in the morning.

Amazing place to stay in Rome, near Termini station and great personal

Pros: Lovely place, very nice and quiet. It has a metro stop and it is very close to plenty of good places. Barbara was amazing and very nice, very recommended place.

Pros: Even though it was an accommodation in a block of flats it felt like staying at a hotel. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was made daily and the towels were changed, when needed. Because we arrived on the 31st of December, around 22.00, the boutique personnel contacted me one day before in order to do the check in via WhatsApp and to give me all the information needed to find the place and to get the keys for the room. The accommodation is very easy accessible, the underground station is right in front of the building and Termini train station is at a 10 minute walk. Most of the city attractions are at walking distance (the Colosseum is at a 15 minute walk).

Pros: Locality is great, not far from Colosseo, there is a metro in front of us. Room is very clean and personal is very kind. 11/10 from us.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Pros: I truly loved my stay at this place! The location is perfect. I didn’t need any transport at all, as everything is within walking distance of Rome’s historic monuments. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was very comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Cons: The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the tourist tax, as I hadn’t noticed it during my Booking reservation. However, the staff kindly explained it to me at check-in.

Beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays.

Pros: Very clean, warm and cosy room. The receptionist was polite and welcoming. The breakfast lady was very helpful and the breakfast was of good quality and variety. The decor was full of lovely, quirky touches throughout. A big bottle of water was provided in the fridge. The en suite bathroom was spotless, good water flow and comfortably-sized shower. The toothbrushes are a thoughtful touch. Fine, comfortable bed. Quiet at night.

Cons: The room was quite small. The fridge was under the small table so it was difficult to sit comfortably. The table size was too small to fit breakfast and drinks for two people. That was solved by a few extra trips to the kitchen to get things and return others. Upon leaving the next morning, we no there were rooms free that had a better arrangement of furniture (especially table and chairs) and seemed larger. I don't know why we weren't given one of these free rooms since they were available. It would have made for a better first impression. Plus, my booking level allows for an upgrade. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Great place for a short stay in Rome

Pros: Great place near the amazing bazilica, very close to the main atractions and Metro stop is like 30 seconds away, super comfortable. The street late at night gets a bit unclear because of the people that gather there, but if you walk straight to the hotel, all good. Amazing breakfast, I loved it! Just know, that you eat in your room, because there is no eating space in hotel. Nice to get drinking water in the room.

Cons: Overall, room needed some maintenance. To much fake decorations, plants, etc. The bathroom was the poorest place, my shower's door were broken and I had to close it very firmly by myself. No shampoo! I was surprised.

Pros: 1) Location- its in a quiet area yet still close to the centre. Can walk from there to many places. A Metro is also nearby 2) Room - very well thought through design. It felt like every aspect of the design in the room and what was provided was very considered. Even down to the pillows. Loved the use of colours as well. Room seemed designed to provide comfort. I felt like i was at home, away from home 3) Staff - very accommodating

Good hotel near Termini

Pros: Great location near Termini station and Colosseum. Very good breakfast for economy hotel.

Cons: If you arrive after 10 pm you need to pay for it
