Pros: I like the host and the location of the hotel. The hotel staff were also polite and helped us with a plan to explore Roma. The washroom and the room was clean and well maintained.
Cons: The blankets were dirty and have not been cleaned before.

Fabulous Italian B and B in an unbeatable location near Termini Station
Pros: The manager and hotel staff were absolutely fabulous and unbelievably helpful going way above and beyond with advice and guidance. Very kind and friendly.
Cons: Breakfast was just standard Italian pastry and coffee.

I give this hotel 10/10
Pros: Wonderful receptionists! They'll always give you tips, show you where to go and see interesting things in Rome, chat with you, and offer you another cup of cappuccino. a small and cozy hotel. And the best thing is the location! Right next to the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and Roma Termini station.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that there was no clothes dryer and the heating was in the form of an air conditioner, which always had to be turned on for heating. Thank goodness, and it wasn't particularly cold in the room without it. but all these things were declared during booking

Pros: We cannot praise Giovanna enough… pls excuse spelling.. but she really is the heart that makes this small hotel a home. She speaks little English but makes use of Google Translate to give tourist advice, tips and to communicate her kindness. Always smiling and attentive she served breakfast with professionalism and pride. Federico is also great at communicating via email prior to arrival. While close to Termini station and in an excellent location our room was quiet and had all we needed. Practical and comfortable. We loved the location close to lots of eateries and the stunning church of Santa Maria Maggiore. The fridge in our room was a bonus. Being able to store luggage after check out was not a problem at all. While not luxury we have returned home with nothing but happy memories.

Great pick for a trip
Pros: The location is awesome, close to everything you need and in a walkable distance to the Colosseum. The staff were amazing. Mrs Giovanna was a perfect guide to Roma, as well as Federico and his father. The breakfast was PERFECT, the room was very clean and spacious. A perfect pick for a trip in Roma.
Cons: a bit of fixing of the old stuff in the bathroom and this place would be a 10/10

Pros: It was very close to Colosseum and good bars, parks, good restaurants around. Walkable to center and metro connection is good for Vatican.
Cons: Only breakfast can be better. It was very nice that breakfast included I am not used to eat only sweet. Otherwise people love sweet will have no problem

Central location. Reasonably price for Rome. Helpful staff
Pros: Great location, walking distance to main train station and close to metro. Friendly host
Cons: AC didn’t work very well and was noisy, turning off and then back on as if on a timer.

Pros: From the moment we got there, we liked the friendly feeling and helpful staff. The location is good – it's not too far from the city center, which made it easy to get to all the famous places and good restaurants. A special shout-out to the lady who served breakfast; she was so kind, friendly, and helpful. She always made sure our day started well!
Cons: Even though our stay was mostly great, there were a couple of small issues. The noise from the street could sometimes be a bit loud. Also, the mosquitoes were annoying, and we got quite a few bites. But overall, I recommend Buonarroti Home if you're visiting Rome.
