Pros: Andrea and her team were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I made the reservation from Turkey, they contacted me and supported us throughout the entire process. They provided helpful information about places to visit in Rome, arranged our airport transfer, and even gave us a map so we could easily explore the city. When we arrived at the room, we were pleasantly surprised to find champagne waiting for us in the wardrobe. Every detail in the room was perfectly maintained, and the jacuzzi was amazing. Breakfast exceeded our expectations: every day we could choose different omelets, along with fresh croissants, coffee, tea, cold cuts, and a wide variety of breakfast items. Our room was cleaned daily with great care. It was a flawless and unforgettable experience from start to finish. Thank you very much for everything.

Pros: Excellent central location, very clean and comfortable room, daily housekeeping with fresh sheets, good breakfast and very kind, helpful hosts. We felt well looked after during our stay.

Cons: Nothing significant, everything met our expectations.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful, if you stay there then will no need any tourist guides because you will get all information automatically from the hotel.

Pros: Host was very communicative from the start and booked a taxi in advance back to the airport for us. The room was a good size and very clean. Location was perfect. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Cons: It's a shame our room wasn't en-suite but understand it would be impossible to have one in that room.

Pros: The host Andrea has great communication skills, very welcoming and plans ahead so that you have a smooth stay. He gave us great tour, activity, sites and food recommendations and was always available on phone. Breakfast. Location. Service.

Pros: A great B &B. The room was lovely. In a great location for the attractions of Rome. Also, a short walk from the train station. Good communication from the host. Breakfast was good with the lovely Valeria looking after us.

A homely B&B in the hub of Rome

Pros: The room was beautifully decorated and had everything needed. Bathroom was modern and everything super clean. Valeria was so accommodating with breakfast, which was all delicious and made us feel very at home. Near to the Metro station but everything was within a good walk

Great location

Pros: If you want to stay in the central area of Rome, it’s perfect! The sound insulation is good too.

Cons: The bathroom is outside the room, but I was so tired that I didn’t mind. Next time, I’d probably go out for breakfast instead.

Pros: Walking distance from Roma Termini. Lovely breakfast made by friendly Villiera. Very comfy bed. Everything was perfect!
