Great stay, would visit again

Pros: Very comfortable. Great area lots of markets and convenience stores nearby. 1 minute walk to underground train access and only 20m on train to ancient centre. Nice shower good pressure. Free coffee making and hot chocolate facilities.

Cons: Little bit unsafe at night. Lots of homeless people around. But there was a large police presence.

Enjoyable!

Pros: We had a great stay. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The accommodation was easy to find and a very convenient location. The space was comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We would happily reccomend and stay here again.

Pros: Mr. Valerio and Mr. Mariano were two friendly and helpful gentlemen who provided us with much more than what had been agreed upon, always with warmth and a familiar, welcoming attitude. Everything regarding the room and cleanliness was very positive. The location was ideal and easily accessible by all means of transportation. The only downside was that the area felt somewhat unsafe during the evening hours due to the people around, who were not the best. Overall, I highly recommend it without reservation.

Pros: The room itself was clean and well kept. The place felt very secure and the courtyard was lovely on a morning.

Cons: It wasn't the easiest place to find as it was tucked down a side street and the directions took us past the road. The area isn't the best but very close to the train station.

Pros: The rooms were clean, the AC worked very well, and the staff was really nice!

Cons: A little bit dark in the rooms, the sun can't enter the room, i like the location since it is really close to the train station, but at night not that safe.

Cons: There was a second TV remote provided but no instructions as to what it was for TV was fine but most channels had interference the second power point near the table did not work, I boiled the kettle next to the bed

Pros: Good location close to the Metro and bus stops. Quiet and clean with good kitchen facilities. The owner was very helpful and available for any queries.

Pros: Good place, metro and Termini station is close. Coloseum you can reach in 10-15min In room you have everything what is nessacary

Pros: The location is great, close to getting around the attractions. The windows really are soundproof Staff were friendly Place was clean
