Fabulous

Pros: Everything! The owner was very accommodating and helpful and would highly recommend. Superb location, great amenities and lovely apartment.

Pros: It's large enough to host 4, maybe 6 of the 60ish senators with a large enough living room to plot the fall of Caesar. Location-wise, you would definitely want to book this place for the Maximus v Commodus fight. Great neighborhood to grab dinner and drinks after too!

Our stay in Monti...

Pros: The location was great, and the apartment was stylish with a fantastic cheetah 🐆 amongst other great pieces. Check-in was easy, and the host gave us a great recommendation, though it would have been nice to have had something written down, though I appreciate that everyone has different tastes. Plenty of wardrobe space.

Cons: There was an issue with the water pressure, so we didn't manage to have hot water for the first 24 hours(no offer if compensation, unfortunately). The host was responsive and fixed the problem very quickly, but switching the water on and off in the larger shower wasn't the easiest! There wasn't much shelf space or hooks for toiletries etc.

A stylish stay in a fabulous area

Pros: The location, the spaciousness, the terrace, the decor and the facilities are all fabulous and far outweigh the minor downsides.

Cons: The shower cubicles were very small and the taps a little difficult to manage. We couldn’t work out the air conditioning in the main bedroom

Fantastic location. Great price for Rome

Pros: Great location for the colosseum and a great wine bar! Clean. 2 toilets and 2 showers very handy! The price was great. Rome is expensive!

Great place, wonderful host and a perfect visit

Pros: This place was fantastic Comfortable with a great layout only a couple of blocks from the colosseum within walking distance for most of the other get places in Rome. Host was excellent and communicated very well. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend this place.

Pros: The Monti Art Loft is a relaxing, modern and truly artistic space to explore and enjoy Rome. The location is superb. Close to all the main tourist attractions especially the Colosseum which you can view from the apartment. Inside you will feel like you have found a tranquil reprieve from the excitement of the city. We enjoyed the living space and the kitchen as well as the beautifully decorated bedrooms and bathrooms. The balcony was a lovely environment to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The apartment has everything to make your stay complete and we especially appreciated the Turkish bath towels. The apartment was impeccably clean and we would love to stay at the Mont Art Loft again!
