A hidden gem in a busy city
Pros: The host was very friendly and responsive right from when the booking was made. She allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in. The apartment is in a really lovely quiet location and a short distance to public transport, or a very short taxi ride to the major attractions.The area also felt safe. Inside the apartment was super clean, very stylish, and very comfortable with everything you needed. Again, the host was very thoughtful in leaving provisions that was a very nice touch. She also checked that everything was good.

One of the best stays in Rome
Pros: We were a family of 3 adults. Our stay was super comfortable and we really felt like at home there! Chiara is a wonderful host, very friendly, helpful and replies super quick. You can see that she takes care of everything in the flat with love and creates a place where guests can feel like at home. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. I was quite surprised to see different types of salt, tea and little snacks. It was definitely one of my best stays in Rome! The location is fantastic. Close to Baths of Caracalla (a must visit!). 10-15 min walk to the metro station. The location is residential, not noisy.
Cons: Nothing really. Everything was good. The only thing that might come to my mind is mosquitoes. For us it was not a problem though since we bought raptor that helped us

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very friendly and met us in person, showed everything and even left bowls for our dog – very sweet. The apartment was super clean and cozy, and she aired it out before we came, which was great because it was hot outside. She also helped with parking. The private garden with tables is beautiful and very atmospheric – perfect to relax. Highly recommend!

Pros: The apartment was fantastic. Perfect cleanliness, everything is very comfortable, quiet, not busy area. Chiara is the nicest host I have ever met! She gave us little gifts and was very flexible with our individual requests. The communication is excellent and she pays attention to every detail. Thank you for everything!

Excellent stay
Pros: The unit is clean, cosy, warm for winter and easy access to city. Chiara is very friendly and responsive to messages. Clear instructions given and Chiara is very helpful too. Would highly recommend the place. The place is fully equipped and easy access to the property.

Ideal apartment for a private stay in Rome with family or friends
Pros: Excellent location close to the centre, but away from the biggest hustle and bustle. Fully furnished apartment with its own terrace, which we unfortunately did not use due to the cold weather. The hostess Chiara was very friendly, the nice decorations and special gifts (pandoro, bottle of wine, pasta) served to create the Christmas atmosphere. A working central heating system is not, in our experience, a common thing in Italy; here it was pleasantly warm after returning from the cold weather! There is free parking nearby (e.g. at the Caracalla Baths, but with a bit of luck, even closer), which was one of the reasons for choosing this accommodation.
Cons: It was not quite easy to adjust the temperature of the water in the fancy designed shower, but after some time I figured out the trick, turn the taps just slightly:-) I recommend retrofitting a tea pot and a smaller one for milk, but those are just little things.
