Divertida

Pros: Muy amplio, las camas bien, la limpieza bien, la ubicación excelente, el piso estaba caliente en invierno no tuvimos ningún problema con la temperatura, recomendable

Cons: Olía bastante a cerrado y la decoración y muebles se veía muy antigua pero no tengo quejas importantes ya que lo importante que es limpieza comodidad y ubicación era excelente

Pros: Velký stylově zařízený byt ve starém domě v centru Říma. Výborná komunikace s pronajímatelem. Bydlení bylo velmi příjemné.

Cons: Byt je ve 3. patře bez výtahu, schodiště je vyšlapané, pro staršího člověka to může být problém. Bylo to ale avizováno dopředu.

A peacful getaway with a Roman charm

Pros: This location was PERFECT. City center of Rome. Great coffee shop and restaurants in the hidden alley ways. The space was large. The two rooms were great. One room has great AC the other does not. We liked the rustic feel of the home. It was definitely “older” feeling and had a classic Rome vibe.

Cons: The 3 floors up. Do not book this location if you have knee problems. We booked because we live in a 3 floor place, but this is OLDER 3 floors. The steps going into the apartment are uneven and it’s very dark in the stairwell at certain parts of the day. Just be safe.

Idéalement situé, un bel appartement de caractère.

Pros: L'appartement est très bien situé. Il est grand avec une belle hauteur de plafond (en bois). Il a le charme des appartements familiaux anciens (beaux meubles, tableaux etc). Il est frais et peut être climatisé. Volets et rideaux. Il est possible de manger dans la cuisine, ce qui est très fonctionnel. Nous avons eu un problème de plomberie mais le propriétaire est venu le traiter avec efficacité et gentillesse.

Cons: Nous sommes peut-être mal tombés, mais la personne du service d'accueil avec qui nous avons été en contact par Booking puis par WhatsApp a mis du temps à répondre aux questions. Nous voulions déposer les bagages à midi, ce qui avait été convenu lors de la réservation, puis faire un check-in à 15h. Finalement, nous avons attendu dans la rue, puis nous avons été appelés par une fenêtre par la personne qui faisait le ménage. Nous avons attendu ensuite le check-in qui n'a jamais eu lieu, lorsque notre contact a finalement répondu à 14h40 qu'il/elle ne viendrait pas. Nous avons néanmoins réglé 10 euros pour cet early check-in fantôme. Par ailleurs, la climatisation est installée près de la chambre du fond. Elle est bruyante.
