Clean, comfortable, great location.

Pros: For a group of 9 people, the two apartments we booked were amazing, one had a cozy balcony and the other a spacious outdoor space that we used for breakfast. Everything was clean and easily accessible, and the location was perfect with restaurants and public transport at the ready.

Clean spacious accommodation with the basics.

Pros: The spacious and quiet apartment and white linen were clean. The air conditioning worked well, soap and toilet paper were provided, there was good Wifi.

Cons: It was difficult to find the apartment initially because the Booking.com directions were to the far end of the road. The kitchen had a few basics but only a bread knife, no tea and coffee maker, only a broken kettle, and the frying pans had peeling Teflon on them so were unusable. Also the fridge and freezer was frosted over and working irregularly. Still good value for a quiet clean place to explore Rome.

Pretty good

Pros: Roomy, good layout. Great hot water for 5, quick heating stove, bright airy nice A C with individual room control. Safe feeling quiet neighborhood.

Cons: Interior doors are very noisy if you want to latch them. Kettle did not bring water to a boil. Check in procedure could have been better and communicated sooner. Check out procedure could have explained how to leave keys inside but have gate unlocked. Location was not close to any restaurants or cafe and a cab/Uber ride to all attractions.

A clean, quiet ground floor apartment in a convenient suburb of Rome.

Pros: This was a great location for us, as we wanted to explore the Via Appia Antiqua and Ostia Antiqua, as well as the archaeological sites in the centre of the city. The railway station for the train to Ostia is just 10 minutes walk away, and the Baths of Caracalla and the Gate of St Sebastian are each about 15-20 minutes walk. 'Bull Steak Bistrot', just around the corner, was very handy for meals. The apartment was spacious, clean, in an interesting 1930s building; really good communications from the owner.

Perfect location for a short break in Rome

Pros: Unreal location just 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Really quiet and safe neighbourhood

Pros: The location was great, very clean apartment, the host was very kind and let us check in earlier. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equiped and the terrace is a great spot to have your morning coffee :)

Pros: Everything was clean and functional. beds an rooms are highly comfortable. there is an air conditioner in each room so temperature and humidity can be controlled easily.

Cons: - The TV size was small, - 1.5 roll toilet paper was not enough for 4 people, we expected at least three rolls (we had to buy a pack of toilet paper!) - The shower cabin is small as the owner mentioned but it wasn't a problem for us. (it is enough for a short-time staying) - We couldn't find iron/iron-board which is necessary for hotels and houses.

Pros: Excellent space, close to Colosseum, Supermarket and Metro. Had a fabulous stay, thanks.

Pros: Fantastic large apartment in a great part of Rome, just a very short metro ride to anywhere! The outside area was also a real bonus, breakfasts outside made a huge difference.

Cons: The bathroom needs a revamp to match the rest of the property. The shower is tiny! And you could definitely put a small en-suite in the main bedroom as there is almost too much space that’s not needed and would definitely benefit to have a small bathroom with 3 rooms in the apartment. You also need to put a larger sofa in as it’s not big enough for all the people staying in the apartment and the dining chairs are not comfy for long periods.
