Pros: Andrea was a super host. Very accommodating and friendly. I came over for my birthday and was treated to a bottle of bubbly and some Italian pastries! He offered restaurant and cafe recommendations. He also offered to help us book for reservations if needed. The apartment was quiet, clean and modern. Had everything I needed.

Pros: Thanks to Andrea for his arrangement. His father and one lady welcomed us warmly with coffee and cookies. ❤️ House is big with two separate rooms and you can do easy cooking in the kitchen. The location is so great that you can just walk to sightseeings. Definitely will come to stay again.🥰

Pros: Wszystko było w najlepszym porządku. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami. Apartament bardzo wygodny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty i w pięknej kamienicy. Blisko do dworca i metra. Mimo bardzo późnej godziny przyjazdu Pan Maurizio czekał na nas przed domem. Oprowadził nas po apartamencie pokazując gdzie co jest. Czekał na nas też prezent w postaci pysznego wina i koszyka słodkości. Polecam Maison Florienne z całego serca.

Cons: Wszystko było takie jak oczekiwałam. Jedyny minus...za krótko hahaha🤣

Un soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Roma

Pros: Maison Florienne è una vera gemma a pochi passi dalla metro e dalla Stazione Termini, in un quartiere sorprendentemente tranquillo e silenzioso. La posizione è ideale per muoversi comodamente in tutta Roma, sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Andrea e la sua famiglia sono persone davvero speciali: gentilissimi, accoglienti e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza, capaci di far sentire gli ospiti come a casa fin dal primo momento. L’ospitalità è autentica e calorosa, cosa rara e preziosa. La struttura è curata, pulita e accogliente, perfetta sia per soggiorni brevi che più lunghi. Un’esperienza assolutamente positiva sotto ogni punto di vista. Consigliatissima a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un’accoglienza sincera nel centro di Roma.
