Good quality-price ratio, very close to public transportation, nice landlord

Pros: I selected this apartment because it's very close to the bus station, to the Metro station Cornelia and few stops away from Vatican city and Rome downtown. Fabrizio, the landlord, was very kind and offered to solve small issues that happened. He lives in the same apartment, so it's easy to ask anything and to get support. The room was very clean and the bathroom quite big, with a comfortable shower. Soaps and toilet equipments are available. Breakfast is served in the bar just below the apartment. The landlord gave good suggestions about restaurants nearby.

Cons: The room was a bit small for 4 persons. It had a double bed and a sofa bed, and with both open the free space was little. During the night we had a continuous noise in the back, coming from a kind of HVAC or similar. The parking in the area is not easy to find, so don't be confident about free parking. I had to pay for a garage and, most annoying, the garage was closed from 11am to 6pm on Sunday, so I had to take my car much before leaving Rome and found another parking spot. The breakfast included in the room payment was only one croissant and one coffee or cappuccino. Any other choice was extra.

Wonderful

Pros: An amazing host – he welcomed us personally, explained everything in detail, and shared tips about his favorite local spots. The apartment has everything you need: modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast is served downstairs in a nearby café and includes a coffee (or any drink) and a croissant. You can also choose from a variety of sandwiches, pastries, juices, tea, and more. The location is excellent – just a 3-minute walk to the metro, with only four stops to the Vatican. We had a car, and parking was available in the neighboring building for €25 per day.

Pros: Everything was great, it was almost next to the metro and everything was very clean and cosy. The host made us feel very welcome. If we go to Rome again we are definitely staying here again.

Good room at nice location

Pros: Location. Next to metro station Cornelia, there is good coffe shop in building, and market next building. Just 20 minutes taxi drive from airport Fiumicino. Room is nice, good bed and clean bathroom. And Fabrizio is cool professional guy.

Great Stay In Rome

Pros: We had one night stay in this house and the owner Fabrizio made sure our stay was comfortable and wonderful. He is very communicative and helpful, sharing practical information on going around in Rome. Clearly he is very dedicated and capable of running this bed & breakfast. The room is spotlessly clean and the location is impeccable. We would definitely return here for our future trip in Rome! Pros: The location, host, kitchen, appliances, cutlery available to cook. Easy and i dependent system to access rooms. Location was a big plus ☺️ Metro and a big supermarket next to the building. Host is really helpful in suggesting many things and also to plan what to do in Rome :) Highly recommended 🤗

Great stay in Roma.

Pros: Great place next to Cornelia metro station, very clean apartment, delicious breakfast (croissant + coffee) in the Cafe within the block of flat and Fabrizio was very helpful, he answered all our questions regarding our stay in Roma. We had really great time.

A warm and welcoming stay

Pros: Arcadia Domus was the perfect Rome accommodation. Right next to the metro and a great part of the city. Fabrizio is a warm and welcoming host who went out of his way to introduce the city to us. Our room had everything we could need and more.

Pros: Location is convenient for traveling it’s easy to get Metro A to the city center and famous views. The owner is a good and friendly person very quickly feedback to all guests, he give us information when we were in the city metro sciopero trouble.
