Pros: It was everything ok. It was warm in January, the bed was comfortable. We used the bus or the metro to go to the center. There is so much nice pizzeria ( take away) near it. America pizza 🍕😋. We have a kettle, two caps.

Cons: There is the table for our coffee too small for two persons, special if you will eat the pizza 😉. Maybe it could be good to have a small refrigerator in the room....I didn't like a lot of books everywhere, it has a specific old smell.

Pros: The owner was super nice and helpful and he accommodated us a lot! We loved the area and it was well connected with buses and metro.

Pros: It is very nice that check in is that early. It was nice and quiet. The basic service as room with bathroom was provided.

Cons: There is only 1 pair of keys. I think it should be for every guest. There is only one layer of bed sheet between you and duvet. I would expect a proper duvet cover. There was no bed night table near small bed.

Pros: Everything was fine, the beds are very comfortable, and it's extremely clean. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center, but the metro is very close.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great – close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet. Our host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything for a pleasant stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and how easy the check-in and check-out process was. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

Room and Host go beyond expectations

Pros: Alex has been a wonderful host professional,caring and customer friendly, The room in Itself has gone beyond my expectations,clean very comfortable bed with Electric Kettle standard (in my case)bathroom with shower.Extremely Easy check in/ out process,He Will send you a video in English explaining the move in/out process in case you can't meet him.Elegant apartment with parquet floors and a delightful library,parking on public street i had no problems parking at night,quiet neighborhood,I've used It for personal reasons being 8 Min drive from the Gemelli hospital,however it's very close to the Cornelia metro A stop and local buses therefore The Vatican and city center are close which makes It Great for a vacation getaway.Thank you Again Alex and keep up the Great work.

Pros: Very nice place. Reasonable price, nice restaurants nearby. Very good instructions on how to get inside the apartment, friendly staff. Totally recommend to anyone who is planning to go to Rome

Pros: Close to a metro station. In 20 min you are in Rome. Around many places to eat cheaper than in Rome. Very friendly staff. Very good value for money

Cons: All was fine. Note street parking. We were lucky got our lot just in front of the entrance. It is free
