Casa Fabio

Pros: Casa Fabio is as cozy, clean, comfortable and spacious as pictures show. It is in a perfect location, whether you want to use transport or walk. We were a family of 6, and thanks to Fabio we had the best time in Rome. It was 100 out of 10 :)

Would stay again as only issue the AC and apart from that we couldn’t fault it

Pros: We were met outside at exactly arranged time by the owners father. He was lovely! Ground floor, easy access, lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean. Owners communication was excellent. Property felt safe. 3 TVs

Cons: There were no controls to be found anywhere for the A/C We searched everywhere As a result we had no A/C We were only there one night and as we had earlier just dropped our bags and headed straight out we didn’t discover this until we returned home much later.

I highly recommend it

Pros: Very comfortable and clean apartment. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things. We spent there 5 days in November with 1-year old baby and it was a little bit cold inside for us, but we contacted the owner and he turn on the heating asap. The owner was really helpfull, we were in contact and he gave us a lot of useful information. The location is great - it's close to the Colosseum, the metro station is also very close.

Fantastic place

Pros: Brilliant location, spotlessly clean, friendly welcome

Cons: Wish we could have stayed for longer but we were just overnighting in Rome.

Pros: First of all, a very kind host, he was always available and made it easy for us to find everything, from transportation to restaurant recommendations and directions on how to get to certain sights. The apartment is also very clean in a great location and we felt like at home. Compared to the hotels at similar location this was perfect value for money. Thanks again Fabio and see you another time.

Cons: I hope next time we will have better weather 😃

A wonderful comfortable apartment, the host and his dad fulfilled all our wishes.

Pros: An ideal place, if you are not in a hurry, you can walk everywhere.

Bardzo udany pobyt

Pros: Położenie: nie trzeba korzystać z żadnych środków lokomocji. Wszędzie można dojść. Od Koloseum- 30 minut po Watykan- 75 minut. Do dworca Termini 10 minut. Wyposażenie: wszystko co potrzebne. Zaangażowanie Fabio: ponad normę, dbałość o szczegóły i bezpieczeństwo oraz bezcenne porady.

Experiencia VIP

Pros: La casa esta totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario un apartamento moderno brillante vibrante en pleno centro de roma, fabio muy atento y cortez y su padre que hombre tan maravilloso la calidad humana de ellos simplemente excepcional recomendado total a cualquiera que le guste tener una experiencia vip The house is fully equipped with everything you need, a bright, vibrant modern apartment in the very center of Rome, Fabio is very attentive and courteous and his father is such a wonderful man, their human quality is simply exceptional. I totally recommend to anyone who likes to have a vip experience

Pros: Fabio ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt hat, egal ob Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Restaurant-Tipps, und jederzeit erreichbar war. Die Unterkunft ist modern, charmant und gut ausgestattet. Ich würde beim nächsten Rom-Aufenthalt hier wieder zu Fabio kommen!

Cons: Die Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (quietschende Federn, fehlendes Bettzeug für dieses Zusatzbett).
