Pros: The apartment is relatively near metro A line. So in 20-30 minutes you are everywhere in the city center. That was the biggest plus for this apartment. In the are you have good supermarket and pharmacy. Even some nice bars. In the apartment We had everything that we needed i think.

Cons: So the worst thing about the apartment is lighting. In the bathroom you can barely see something. For girls who need to do make up it's terrible. Missing a bigger mirror as well. Internet is not great, not terrible.

This is a keeper. Little far, but fair price, clean, roomy and very close to a Underground station.

Pros: It´s a nice small flat and you have also access to a small patio outside where you can smoke if you want. It lies internal to a building, so you don´t get street noises. Location is a little bit far from city center, but you can get there fast and easy by Underground line A, about 300 yards/meters away from the flat. If you want to get there by taxi from Termini, its about 7 km far and the fare costs between 18 and 22 Euro (day/night). Some taxis dont want to go there during night, so it can be a little (just a little) more difficult to get a night cab. So take that into account if you are planning to be until late night in the city center. The zone arround doesn´t seem to be dangerous at all, and it is populated, but its also not specially pretty.

Pros: It was very easy to contact the owner and get the keys. The apartment is 5-7 minutes away from the metro station which was very convenient. Next to the metro station there is a supermarket with big variety of foods. The property is in a normal and quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes from Termini station. The apartment has different appliances for cooking so you can make the food you like. There was a small personal patio with table, chairs and umbrella which was a lovely touch.

Cons: There is nothing I did not like.

Pros: Very friendly host, with good suggestions for things to do in different parts of Rome. The accommodation is nice and clean, with a little terrace corner in the courtyard, the bedroom has air conditioning and best of all: the location! In 5 minutes you are at the metro station and there is also a 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy and ATM. In general it's a nice, quiet part of Rome. You can fill up your water bottle along the way as there are free fountains on the side of the road. Totally recommended!

Cons: The courtyard is shared with the neighbours so it's not always silent and private, but it's the only thing that is to mention here

A pleasant stay

Pros: Very cosy apartment which was exceptionally clean and very well connected to the city centre.

Cons: It was too hot during the night even with the AC running. (the main AC was not working and the host provided substitution but it was maybe not as effective)

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood

Pros: Everything was as described and we really liked the place. The host was kind, he gave us tips for nice restaurants around. The place was near metro station, so distance was not a problem for us. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Very good, small flat for effective sightseeing

Pros: Location is very good. Close to the metro station which is going to the city centre and to Vatican, too. The neighbourhood is clean and safe. The flat is in the middle of the block so it was very silent. It was comfortable enough and the quality of the frequently used accessories was okay. Not new but in good condition except the washing machine. Mario (host) is very helpful.

Cons: NOTHING SIGNIFICANT! Minor remarks: The water tank in the bathroom is noisy and slow during refilling. Washing machine is old and rusty a little bit.

Pros: Il propietario gentilissimo, la struttura piccola ma graziosa dotata di tutti i confort. Unico neo se proprio lo vogliamo trovare molto fredda. Per il resto anche la posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla metro Consigliatissimo!

Pros: Git miejscówka, okolica przyjazna, blisko do metra, lokal spoko. Niedaleko sklep 24 h spożywczy. Włosi spoko. Jest wszystko co potrzeba. Wyjazd do Rzymu super, tylko trzeba uważać na kieszonkowców w metrze.

Pros: Siempre respondio a mis mensajes a tiempo, espero nuestra llegada y adicional a eso nos permitió dejar las mochilas mientras nos íbamos a recorrer el centro, el sitio estaba muy limpio, muy bonito, quedamos muy satisfechas, muchas gracias!
