JHHIT - Panoramic Modern Penthouse

I can recommend this property for up to 5 people, families in particular, visiting Rome.

Pros: The hosts were willing to open the apartment even prior than the time we had agreed which meant a lot, a lot, to us so we could leave the baggage and go out. The apartment was very, very, very clean also kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is new and modern. To put in one sentence: nice, clean and comfty apartment.

Cons: One of the beds could be more comfortable, it is a sofa bed that is used for sleeping. The kitchen could have few more silverware and pots, glasses too.

I recommend this place.

Pros: The apartment is renovated, very clean, well-kept. well-stocked with everything I needed. Close to metro and shop. The host was very nice and helpful. He informed me where the nearest shop was, showed me the metro schedule and advised me what was worth seeing.

Cons: Everything was ok.

Cons: La pulizia poco approfondita, poca carta igienica per 4 persone per un soggiorno di 4 giorni e rubinetteria dei bagni da revisionare.Mancanza di tovaglia o americanine in cucina

Bon séjour

Pros: L'accueil très chaleureux avec un monsieur fort sympathique. L'emplacement proche de la station de métro. La terrasse assez grande. Les restaurants autour, nous en avons testé 3, dont celui en bas de l'immeuble, très bien. La possibilité de se garer gratuitement au pied de l'immeuble. Hors saison cet appartement serait au top.

Cons: Il fait très chaud dans cet appartement. La climatisation n'est pas optimale. Je ne comprenais pas pourquoi la télécommande était sur 18 degrés. C'est ce qu'il faut pour avoir 24 ! Très chaud dans la salle de bain du fait du cumulus. Machine à café défectueuse et un des fauteuils sur la terrasse a l'assise cassée. 4 ème étage sans ascenseur. Il n'y a pas 2 chambres mais 1 chambre avec un grand lit et 1 canapé lit séparé par une étagère. Pièce sans porte. La 2ème piece est un salon avec un canapé lit.

Pros: L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel avec une belle terrasse.

Cons: Le faite qu'il soit au 4ème étages

Prima appartement in Rome op goede locatie

Pros: Onze ontvangst was goed, we werden door Mario goed geholpen. En wat ik super vond was dat hij ook een wasrek heeft gebracht toen dat niet in het appartement aanwezig bleek te zijn. Verder was de communicatie met onze hosts ook redelijk snel, ze hebben ons goed geholpen. Informatievoorziening vanuit de hosts was ook goed. Verder is het een prima appartement dat alle belangrijke faciliteiten heeft, in ieder de faciliteiten die je nodig hebt als je als gezin aan het reizen bent. Het zit redelijk dicht bij een metrostation (5 min. lopen) en vanuit daar ben je redelijk snel in het centrum (ong 20/25 min.). De ligging is dus prima.

Cons: De elektriciteitsvoorziening was niet zo geweldig; de stroom viel uit als de wasmachine of vaatwasser aan stond (niet allebei tegelijk - dat zou waarschijnlijk helemaal fout gaan) en je tegelijk aan het koken was of zoiets. Ik heb het gemeld, volgens de hosts is dat normaal en zou dat bij ons eigen huis ook gebeuren. Nou niet dus, het is niet normaal en als het bij mijn eigen huis zou gebeuren, zou ik zeker maatregelen nemen. Dus wellicht is het te overwegen om de stroomtoevoer te verbeteren in het huis.
