Pinewood Hotel Rome

Pros: Great hotel with only a 10 min walk to the tube station and then only 4 stops away from the Vatican City. Room was clean and basic but for a city break that’s all you need. Was brilliant for a family of 5.

Pros: Average size, but comfortable and clean room, bed and pillows were very comfortable, everything needed was in the room at its place. Friendly staff, maybe dinning room service should be a bit quiet when cleaning tables and bringing plates back to the kitchen. Was noisy. Coffee maker should prepare coffee drinks from ground (bean) coffee not from Nescafe powder - gosh! This is Italy - home of taste and elegance. Reach and tasty breakfast, an extended choice of food. Drink bar and restaurant at hotel. Table reservation in restaurant recommended. Hotel situated in nice area, Sacchett Pinetai park opposite, green and pleasant place with nice view on St. Peter's Dome. Bus stop at the hotel, good coonection to city center. Supermarket 5 mins walk. Very nice place, come back again for sure.

Pros: Used this hotel for a 'boys' (aged 48-62) trip to see the 6 nations match and more. Comfortable rooms with nice beds and power showers. Really good central location outside of the main hub with easy access to buses and metro. Staff were excellent all round with the people manning the reception deserving special recognition for their helpfullness and assistance.

Suitable Location with parking in next door lot within an hour of sights by bus or walking.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Varied food options and plenty of food. Cappuccino machine that made ok coffee.

Pros: The location is really handy, near by subway and bus station. The breakfast is good for the price paid and the staff was always available and friendly. Also, just in the street behind the hotel there is one pizzeria very good and cheap (go try, you won’t regret).

Cons: The room is not soundproof.

Cozy hotel room a little outside of Rome and a good parking space.

Pros: Very comfy bed and cozy room. Perfect for us in groups. The parking space was very good and safe. It is located a little ourside of Rome but it was very well connected by bus around 10-15 mins travel

Cons: Not a big deal but staff were little grumpy. Otherwise nothing to complain about

Great hotel. Clean and tidy. good staff. Rooms on the small side.

Pros: Rooms are very clen and cleaning staff do very good job each day of making beds and cleaning. We went in July when it was very hot, and the rom air conditioning was fantastic. Room wasn't set up correctly when we arrived but reception helped on night one with this and then ensure it was corrected for the remainder of the trip. reception staff were very friendly and helpful to advise and help resolve holiday issues (not hotel related).

Cons: Rooms are quite small so difficult to navigate a little with two suitcases. Location to Rome centre is quite distant and metro is 10 minutes walk away.

Pros: Friendly staff breakfast great. Always willing to help you.

Cons: Bed was hard.

Best hotel in Rome by far

Pros: It is a beautiful hotel with a lovely reception area. The staff are friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had a family room and could not fault it. Breakfast was included which was a variety of pastries, toast and cereals with a choice of various drinks.
