Good value for money

Pros: The hotel is located in a residential area. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants near by. The staff are kind and helpful.

Cons: The bed is soft and cheap but not too bad.

Pros: Very kind staffs, prefect breakfast, clean room and comfortable bed.

Cons: 15 mins by walk to get metro station, it's quite struggle with big luggage. After checked in, we realized we can arrrive by bus No.49 close to the appartment.

Pros: Clean, peaceful and spacious room, close to bus routes. We wanted to take part in the Rome Pineto parkrun which was just up the road.

Cons: If you're driving, traffic can be a bit hectic

Pros: Personel is just so polite, they are always smiling! We arrived about 1am and there was no problem to check in. They also let us leave our baggage after check out till late hours (for free). Also: everything is clean, calm and quiet, the room was big and comfortable, air-con was working perfectly, also there were security curtains in windows. Our room was cleaned every day! We had fridge and TV. Localisation is perfect for me: it's not close to the city center, but it's just calm, safe, there are shops and there's beautiful park just few steps from the hotel. Also: it's not close to center, but it's close to bus stop, a bit further there's metro stop, so going there without car isn't a problem!

Simple, spotlessly clean accomodation in the pleasant neighbourhood of Primavalle. Great staff..

Pros: Great friendly staff. Have stayed here before and very happy to return. Left my luggage after a very early flight arrival from Australia, and walked in the wilder parts of Pineto Sachetti park, before a quiet and relaxing afternoon nap. Shower was excellent, checkout painless and close to Roma Pineto parkrun. Recommended

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The service was excellent, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. A special shout-out to Kenneth, who was truly a star, exceptionally helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. His professionalism and warm attitude made a big difference. Highly recommend this place!

Pros: The people managing it were very kind, and I especially liked the attitude of the person who managed breakfast and baked us all some fresh croissants

Cons: We had a small issue with power when I arrived, as the power would not turn on. Soon after I contacted the reception (at a quite late hour) a person came and fixed it in mere seconds. Not a true issue.

Overall happy with the hotel

Pros: Very good breakfast. Great friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Very clean. Good location.

Cons: Bed was quite hard. My hips hurt after the first night. Also there appears to be no sound insulation between rooms. I heard everything the people in the next room were doing in their bathroom.
